Hi guys,
Though I have a PE history, I’m new here. I’m also into restoring my foreskin stolen at birth. Concentrating on that for the past 6 months, I put the PE on hold, as I’d hit a plateaux of no gains, but now I think it’s time to resume. Consequently, I’m interested in your ‘prj’s regime’ and have a couple of questions. I take it that your stretching is all manual, no devices or anything? Also, what are waterfalls? Do they have another name and can they be seen on other sites?

those are waterWELLS because they resemble a water pump like this one:




your stretch foward with the penis stretched you go into a motion by going all the way down until vertical and all the way up until its facing up very close to the body. You never release the grip and you keep the tension thru the motions.
