I been on PE for 2 weeks. My penis is bigger when flaccid. Is this a good sign? I think erect size is the same.

Abstaining from sex seems a bit extreme. Why don't you just not have a relationship until you are over 7". Sex for the fun of sex should never be avoided!

My routine now is:

5 on 2 off

Warm up 5 minutes
stretch each direction for 5 mins. Do some v and a stretch
Wet jelq for 10 mins
warm down

Your routine is basically what I've done in the past and had good gains. I did 5 on 2 off as well, but if your EQ starts to drop you need to take more rest days. You will have to figure out how much you can handle before you are having a negative effect and overdoing it.
