Since doing kegels my errections have become much harder however i seem to be cumming much quicker when i have sex is this normal ?

You could practise edging,
so is kegels recomended because after reading that im now confused,i personaly do a lot of kegels and find them very good for me and get good erections,maybe i shouldnt do as many.

If youre willing to keep doing kegels, try holding each kegel for a few seconds. I certainly find that works better. Having said that, some people never find that perfect balance with Kegels.
