Wow...I'm back from my night on the town. I hit up the casino...but didnt bet on much, then hit up som e local bars ina hick town and talked to old huys about the possible ban on smoking in bars for like 3 hours and got pretty drunk...all in all, it was a fairly good night....happy drunken dreams to all...and watch out for ghosts :wink:

A human brain is weird... how the hell can these new forums dig out the whore inside formerly quiet members? It's been a while since CC has seen whoring like this... the new CC is full of pointless posts now. :?

It's not much worse than the old CC in my opinion. It's just more noticeable now as there are vey few members here and not that much stuff going on.

I know I've been posting a lot over the last couple of days as I've got nothing to do this week, but I've tried to keep my posts (relatively) useful and I never just post smilies or one word replies. This is just something I've picked up throughout my time on various forums, a kind of personal code of conduct. :)

Nothing wrong in some whoring, I'm guilty of that too. Only, if it gets really pointless meaning pages and pages of idle bs, it starts to mess up the boards. Look who's talking... I know... I've done my share of pointless crap in the old CC. Don't worry about my comments, I'm tired and in a bad mood.

I know what you mean and you do make a good point. Really really blatent whoring does get on my nerves too even though I never say anything. That's why I have my own personal code of conduct with relation to whoring, to try and rise above it. Still, I'm sure some of my posts could be considered whoring, but I feel like I'm making a better contribution to our community if most of my posts are of decent substance, at least in my own view.

Don't worry, I'm not taking this personally, I know it wasn't aimed at me (hopefully). :)

Everyone has their limits with regard to what they can tolerate and the admins and mods here are a lot more lenient than a lot of places I've posted at. This is both a blessing and a curse at times...
