What routine should I follow after the Newbie one since it is about 4 months and how long of a break should I take from the Newbie Routine if I start a different one after it?

Don't take a break at all unless you haven't gained or have stopped gaining. Try upping the intensity slightly, maybe start experimenting with holds. It's a personal journey and, unfortunatly, no one else can tell you what will work for you. Experiment with the different techniques and philosophies here to find out what works best.

ArTee is the man. He knows his shit.

Yeah BigMike, now it's time to get serious. J/K.

Do your experiments and see what works best for you.

Good luck buddy.

Cool, thanks for the advice but if I reach the last week which would be 500 wet jelqs, just continue still adding 25 every week that is if I am still not gaining

500 wet jelqs? YOU CRAZY! If you want to do something like that split it up, morning 250 and evening 250 see how that works. Expiriement dude, everyones dick is different.

Oh yeah. 500 jelqs at one time is over kill. You dont really need to go that high. Personally, i never stray over 300. Most of my routines consist of an assortment of jelqs and add up to below 300 anyways.

sorry you guys but in the newbie routine is said the first 2 weeks do 150 jelqs and for 3rd week and up add 25 each week until reaching 500, by then my dick will definitely be used to it plus it will be done M-W-F, take care guys

Its all good just take caution when doing that. Make sure you examine your dick
thoroughly for signs of injuries etc.

I know it says 500. I just dont see the point. In my personal experiences, 500 is too much.

I think 500 is the limit. Don't do more. Also do like 1 session 300 next 400 finally 500 and start over, So that you don't overtrain. Another thing you can consider instead of overcooking jelqs is to add other excercises as shown in the advanced section. That will help break the monotony of jelqs and stretches.

Thats some very good advice there. Switch in a new exercise. Why didnt i think of that. But if you want a totally new one, anything is useable. You can make one, post it, and we will critique it if you like.

How about one that you might know, another question was for the last couple weeks where I just do 100 new each added week, what did he mean by start over and start over from which point, from the 300 point?

G-Spot19

Yeah start back at 300.

I originally planned to work up to 500 in my first routine, but I soon realised how crazy that was as it would take me ages. Around 200-300 seems about optimal for me, as you can always start using a stronger grip as you get more advanced rather than just adding more Jelqs.

Spoken very wisely BBB. I noticed alot of red sopt damage back when i did 30 minutes of jelqing reccomended by ubg. Overall i think that was what was causing the slow results for me.

I have done som studies on this. I measured my penis before and right after every jelqing sessions (in period of 2 weeks) just to measure difference in my girth.
It was 4-5 mm. I did different amouts of jelqs, 50,100,150,300,350 and I found out that my maximum girth (swelling) was gotten already after 150 Jelqs. So I think tissue has gotten stress enough after 150 jelqs so there should be absolutely no reason to do 400 or 500 jelqs.

Jelqs in this research has done my way, we all have our own "hand mark" in this so this is just a research not a fact.

Healing time after a sessions of 150 was ofcourse much shorter than after 350.

So 150 jelqs once every two days is enough?

BigBadBear
20th August 2005, 01:34 PM
Not necessarily, bear in mind that Johnny's research was about what seemed to work for him and it might not be the same for you. PE isn't an exact science, although 150 does sound like a reasonable number if you wanted to PE more frequently but with less volume.

I agree. I do think 400 and up is definately over kill.

Some guys do 900 wet jelqs everyday.
Some guys do clamp sessions for 10 minutes and have 5 sets of these everyday.
Some guys have other guys shit on them.
Some guys like to walk on fire and broken glass.

Just cuz you can do it dont mean its right.

the advance Routine :D

I apologize for not being able to grasp it completely but I went into the advanced section and there were quite a lot of things which I was confused by, what is the title of the one do you recommend doing after TP's Newbie Routine? Thanks man, I appreciate it.

There isnt one compiled yet. After the initial beginner routine, we all just make our own or borrow someones.
