Hi all,

I was a member on the old forums, where I started PE for about 3 weeks, and quit. I am here a lot, but don't post much. Anyway, I started back into PE on the 27th of July. Below, you will find my routine:

**Two days on, one day off**
1) 30 second stretches four ways x 2
2) "soft wet jelq warmup" - 3 minutes
3) 15 minute intense, slow wet jelqs @85-90% erection
*** note, I throw a 30 second hold in every 3 or 4 minutes while doing jelqs
4) 20 second heli shakes x 3
5) take a shower, enjoy the look of my ever-growing schlong

I have tried using many different lubes. After trial and error, I found that Johnson's Baby Oil Gel is the best for me.

STATS: Bone Pressed
7/27/05 - 5 7/8 x 4 1/2
9/8/05 - 6 1/4 x 4 7/8 (midshaft) and 5 1/8 (base)
9/30/05 - 6 3/8 x 5 (midshaft) and 5 3/8 (base)
I wil update this post about every month with my gains. So far, I have been VERY surprised with what I have gained so far. It feels good to finally be average!!! By the way, my goal is 8 1/2 x 6 1/2.

Not your conventional routine, but seems to be doing the trick. Soft wet jelqs...hmmm. I assume this is just a jelq you do when you are flaccid. Never tried that one. Nice gains man.

Update - Although I haven't been as diligent as I would like, I have seen some small gains over the past month of really focusing on PE. For some reason, I just feel as if I'm about to make a sizeable increase. Has anyone else had this feeling before they really saw a large gain?
