During December 2004 I started doing PE inconsistently for two months, gaining 0.25" in length. After a while I lost motivation and stopped. I'm not happy with the size of my penis, however, so I've decided to give PE another shot. This time I'm going to be concentrating on the reasons I lose motivation and working out ways to maintain focus. Hopefully someone out there who has a hard time with motivation will find something useful in this progress journal. I know that the process of posting my gains, in itself, will help me to keep my goals in focus.

My GAINS are: (22/08/05)
EL: +0.63" (+16mm)
EG: +0.24" (+6mm)


My STATS are:

Initial:
EL: 6.10" (155mm)
EG: 4.76" (121mm)
(Trained inconsistently for two months then did nothing for about six months)

25/07/05: Week 1
EL: 6.38" (162mm)
EG: 4.76" (121mm)

08/08/05: Week 3
EL: 6.57" (167mm)
EG: 4.96" (126mm)

22/08/05: Week 5
EL: 6.73" (171mm)
EG: 5.00" (127mm)


And my GOALS are:
Point at which I can be confident about my penis size:
EL: 7.00" (178mm)
EG: 5.50" (140mm)
Point at which I can be super-confident about my penis size:
EL: 8.00" (203mm)
EG: 6.00" (152mm)

All my measurement are bone-pressed and are an average of 3-5 individual measurements. I measure down to the millimeter since I find measurements every two weeks helps me to know if a set of exercises is working for me or not.

My current PE WORKOUT is:

(Mon,Wed,Fri,Sat(half))

Warmup: 4 minutes of a hot wrap. I get fully erect at the start and then let my erection subside. I find that this brings more blood into my penis for stretching. During the warmup I do a set or two of PC contractions.

Stretching: 3 sets of 20 second stretches (Down, Right, Squat, Left, Straight). Helicopters between each stretch.

Moderate Jelqing: 5 minutes of 3 second jelqs at moderate intensity and 50-70% erection.

Heavy Jelqing & Holds: 3 minutes of jelqing at heavy intensity and 70-90% erection (90% only just before and after a hold). I do four sets of 30 second holds throughout this period (these do not count towards the three minutes).

Warmdown: I use a hot wrap while I shave, then I have a shower and lightly stretch and massage my penis.

Week 1:
Completed PE on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. I almost skipped Saturday.

Week 2:
Skipped Monday's PE: I got depressed and lost motivation.
Completed PE on Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.

First two weeks: I've gained 0.20" (5mm) in length and 0.20" (5mm) in girth. I'm very happy with these results so far, but I'd like to equal them over the next two weeks to make sure they weren't just a fluke.


What I've learnt this fortnight:

"What if PE doesn't work for me? What if I PE for months and don't make any progress? What if I waste my time and effort?"

These sort of anxieties sap motivation. It's important to remember that natural PE techniques have been proven by many people on this forum. If I want to skip a PE workout, for whatever reason, I can regain my focus by standing in front of the mirror and looking at my penis while asking myself "Do I feel confident about my current penis size?". So far, I've found that the fear of not trying is a much scarier prospect than the fear of failure.

Week 3:
Completed PE on Tuesday and Saturday. This was always going to be a horrible week, because I had my wisdom teeth removed on Wednesday. I thought I'd be able to do a session on Thursday, but as it turned out, I was too out of it.

Week 4:
Completed PE on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Weeks 3/4: I've gained 0.16" (4mm) in length and only 0.04" (1mm) in girth. This is less than the last two weeks, especially in terms of girth. I'll change my workout over the next two weeks and see what happens. At the moment, I'm worried that I won't be able to gain very much girth, so I'll have to address this issue soon if my workout changes don't result in gains.


What I've learnt this fortnight:

"What's the difference between doing a PE workout now or leaving it until later?"

I find that when I leave a PE workout until later, I NEVER end up doing it. This time, I've started a progress journal on this forum. If I decide to skip a workout then I'd better have a good reason because I'm posting a record of every PE workout I do in my journal. In this way, all of my skipped workouts will be visible -- not only to others, but to myself.

"I'm exhausted. I deserve a rest rather than a PE workout."

What I really deserve is the feeling I'll get when I reach my goals. In order to achieve this, I'll take things one step at a time and reward myself with something small after EVERY completed PE workout. Associating positive things with PE workouts will increase my motivation dramatically.

1 minute of jelqing followed by a 30 second double-handed hold.

Great to see your gaining so fast! I'm gonna PE hard out too 45 mins (combinations of streches & jelq) day on and kegels 200 times on day off.

:D My goal is to:

EL: 7.00" (178mm)
EG: 6.00" (152mm)

I'll be extremely happy with that :D :cool

HEY I ALSO PE ON MON WED FRI SAT, sometimes I miss saturday too if my friends invites me to the movies or the bars :D I make it up on sunday though :mrgreen

Thanks for all the supportive responses. :)

I very nearly missed my PE session today on account of a lack of fore-sight. I ran out of vaseline, and ended up delaying the workout until about an hour ago. Even so, my entire session felt ...wrong... so I took it easy and restricted myself to stretches and a couple of holds.

Unfortunately, after my workout, I caved in and measured my girth. Of course, since it hasn't even been four days since I last measured, I didn't see any gains.

Even though I realize that I can't realistically expect girth gains every couple of days, I still feel depressed. :neut:

I know a lot of people advocate measuring no more than once a month. I think a measurement every fortnight can work -- at least, in the initial stages of PE -- but only now am I beginning to realize just how unmotivational it can be to stray from set measurement times.

Well, I next measure on the 5th of September, eleven days from today. The problem of gaining girth -- imaginary or real -- is something I'll give my attention to next month.

To gain girth you must do wet jelqs, it may take sometime to see girth gain but you'll eventually get there, just stick with the rule of measuring only once a month and you'll feel less depress :wink:

Fact is Jin, girth is the biggest bitch of PE it is slow and tedious. I measure my girth only every two months because of depression. I got so set on gaining girth that i went hardcore and busted my dick open(so to speak) Blood. Lots of blood. So dont measure girth often at all. It can kill your motivation in a hurry. The wet jelq does it all, but i maight suggest a few dry jelqs as well. I also suggest doing jelqs and holds seperate instead of a superset. The jelqs kinda undo a bit of what you do with the hold. Tough to explain or prove, but i beleive its the case.

I read about your dry-jelqing injury in your progress journal -- scary stuff.

It hadn't even crossed my mind to measure length and girth at individual intervals; it's a great idea, so I'll cut down my girth measurements to every month or two.
