alright guys, been lurking around this forum gathering up information etc. and well here is my workout and stats.

age: 18
length erect 6"
girth erect 4.5"


6in x 4.5in - 01/08/05 Strating Stats

01/08/05 - 6.0 x 4.5
13/08/05 - 6.2 x 4.6
05/09/05 - 6.4 x 4.6
01/10/05 - /
01/11/05 - /
01/02/06 - 7.3 x 5.0

gonna give this a go for 2 months and see what increases i get. :)

anyway here is my program im using to.

5min towel warmup
1min stretch each direction 5-10sec
8min wet jelq 1sec
kegals
3min tight wet jelq 3sec
kegals
4min slow dry jelqs 5sec
20sec stretch each direction
5min towel and shower warmdown

how does this look guys. ive been doing in M W F rountine and i did it M W F this week and it feels like its working.

i already eat healthy as im training to become a personal trainer. was thinking of getting ZMA as i heard that it increases your sex drive. making more frequent erections.

let me know please guys and i will keep everybody up to date on my progress ;)

Looks OK to me. You might want to refrain from measuring so often. Once a month at the most should be good. Maybe every other month.

okay thanxs man, i'll not meausre until the end of the month. has anyone else got any comments?

just finished my first week at this and feels good, just one thing im not circumzied does this make any dif, its hard for me to wet jelq without the skin going ove the head?

i really appericate the advise guys, im wanting to increase my just a bit over 6" to a solid 7, and want to increase my just a bit over 4.5 to a solid 5.5"

even if it takes my until next year. i want to make these gains:)

Thats a good attitude to have mate :D

Dont worry about the non-circumcised thing. Aslong as you've got a good lube it wont make a difference as you wont be pulling the skin anyway.

the thing is i dont im using like hair conditioner, lol. as its very slipery. i dont know where to get any lotion stuff, but this works well to, and doesnt cause any probs.

when i do the wet jeql the skin goes over the head not al the way over just about half ay offer.

so is olive oil okay for lube as i take olive oil for my efa's and im sure i could use some for my lubing :D

got another session today, i have switched to 2day on 1 day of mon,tues,thurs,fri with wed and the weekend rest.

this is my current workout.

Im sure you could do better than that... this wont necessarily find the cheapest, but on the first page I found one that was cheaper and stronger

The 2 to 1 ratio of arginine and ornithine is optimal (from what i've heard and read) but the strength of each supplement will be the same. Aslong as you ensure there is nothing else added then arginine will be arginine no matter who has made it. What you must look for is how high your dosage will be and therefore, how much to buy. From there you can work out if something is expensive or not as whether you buy pills or powder or whatever and whoever makes it, 1grm arginine and 1/2 grm ornithine will be the same. The only real factor is which type absorbs quicker (pills or powder) which i believe to be powder, however, i dont think its much of a factor at all.

Sorry, it was on the second page, giving 600mg Arg/ 300 mg Orn 60 tabs 11.99 (cheaper per tab) although this still isnt great

However, as per Bobos previous posts (search around, he made many) you need something like 2g Arg & 1g Orn to really see good benefits. You might not be worried about cost but if youre going to be taking 4 of the ones you mentioned a day, they are only going to last 12.5 days per bottle putting you in the poor house pretty damn soon

got the weekend to rest so was a good intense workout. :)

did this routine today, and felt good. the onlt thing i keep lagging in is the warming up, i use to do them in the shower before i left my house to hit the gym. but ive starting doing them later in the day now,

i do them in my room and dont have a wet towel(to suspicious) as i already am geting questioned about the olive oil in my room lol.

im actually gonna hold out on my measurement day until the end of the month ;)

an increase of around .2length and .1 girth

its working guys, today and tomorrow are my resting day so this is a straight off fresh meaurement. had such a hard on when i measured, was unbelievable, been working on the kegel quite a lot and im gonna start doing weighted hand ones pushing down on the penis while kegeling, but im not gonna go hard at start.

time and patience is the key so i will take it slow and build up the strength of the pe muscle.

the flaccid has gained a bit too looks wider a bit and hangs better, but im a grower :( so im still embarrased about my flaccid size. anyone got any tips :) mucho appricate it

also one question is it okay masterbating on the days of. my days of are wed,sat,sun but since doing all this PE ive been doing it nearly every day

but im following the 5hr rule. i do my PE about 12pm and i prob wouldnt masterbate until 10pm so its a 10hr gap.

stretches 3x10sec sets(up/down/left/right/down left/down right/up left/up right/fowards)
wet jelq 5min 1sec strokes (40% erection upto 80% repeating)
kegels between jelqs
holds 2xbase holds 2xmiddle shaft holds 30sec each
stretches
warm down shower

and i usually do more kegels through out the day. im going to try the less = more workout

so i'll see how this routine works in a few hours, :):)

hit my routine yesterday afternoon and i never usually counted my jeqls, and i did a lot. so decided to do 50reps then kegels repeated until i hit 300 then stopped. did a lot of stretching.

well anyway i had a qucik wank tonight (not long ago) and my erection length seemed like it gained from yesterday.

looked pretty well. so im going to stick with this routine for the mean time.

warmup shower a towel wrap - 5 minutes
stretches (down left/down right/down/left/forward/right/upleft/up/upright) x3 30sec holds.
wet jelqs - 6sets 50reps
kegels - 25reps between jelqs
dry jelqs 2sets 50reps
strecthes - same as above
warmdown shower a towel wrap - 5 minutes

:mrgreen 7" x 5" here i come !!

i do mine in the shower before hitting the gym at about 8am thats if i PE on m,w,f but if i pe t,t,s i pe at 5pm before i goto work.

times my penis looks bigger when erect times it looks the same as i started but last night. for som strange reason it actually felt at least .5 inch bigger than what i was before starting,

and i did that routine with the dry jelqs too on saturday so sunday was a fresh day and it felt good in the hands, just want this 7x5 badly i have .8 on length to go and .4 on girth to go. (these are not bone pressed, which i should actually do)

i honestly think for length its all to do with stretching and your warmup. my stretching last longer than the wet jelqs. so im concentrating on my length first then when i get at lease 7+ i will then incorporate holds and more dry jelqs. (and whatever else i could do for girth.)

warmup hot shower
stretching 2sets 30secs each direction

4sets 10sec holds
stretches 1set 30 sec each direction
warm down wrap

i think i might stick with dry slow jelqs instread of the wet. feel a lot better and i want the girth more than i want the length :D

does the routine look alright anyone?

That's quite a lot of holds you have there, they can be pretty intense so see how it goes with them and maybe lower the number if it feels like too much.

.2 girth increase everymonth =.8 increase by december. Remember girth usually come slower than length. Just be consistent. Congrats on the gains :D

My bad. I didn't read the post properly. :x Looking at your routine perhaps you should do dry jelqs first before holds. The general advice in most forums and paysites is to make jelqs the focus of the workout and target exercises are added after doing a basic routine like stretches and jelqs. Remember that you are still stretching and that dry jelqs are still elongating your chambers, that is why you got lengthh gains. It is very difficult to get your chambers to widen for that girth. And thats why it takes a while longer. by the way you not saying how much of each u do.

Add some wet/j 50 - 100 just as a warm up to get the chambers warmed up for a good session of dry jelqs. Another thing to remember is that you need substantially more blood for dry jelq than for wet so kegels and erection maintenance are imperitive throughout the routine.

yeh i kegel a lot on off days as well.

so

ok hit the routine /\ yesterday felt good my cock felt bigger. and my flacid feels heavrier all the time as more blood travelling through it now.

focusing on jelqs only seem to be working wonders, cut down on all the extreme stretching and holds. and doing light stretches every morning in teh shower and i hit my routine on either a m/w/f or t/t/s

routine

warm up shower 5-10mins
1 set stretches in the shower (all dir. 30sec to get the blood flow)
wet jelqs 6sets 25 (with 25kegels between eash set)
dry jelqs 8sets of 25 (with 25 kegels between each set)

not quite .4 gain but its all good. not going to measure for another month so hopefull i will have an nice gain when i remeasure, then hopefully cristmas time maybe if im ready try a few advanced exercises. like the kl stretch or clamping but not until i think im ready and have gathered all the info on them ;:

Before you start doing Ulis, you need to increase the intensity of your holds by doing them for a longer time. Work your way up to 30 second holds.

Ulis are just slightly modificated holds. Once in a while you release your OK grip at the base slightly to kegel more blood into the penis. Then you tighten the OK grip again. Its basicly just an hold with added kegels which make the exercise more intense.

How intense feel those 10 sec holds you are doing now?

pretty intense valk, i do a few kegels then hold a kegel so the whiole penis expands then squeeze at the base of my penis for about 10 secs, and it preety knackers the penis for a few secs,

so i play with it for a few secs getit hard again and repeat 2 more times.
i dunno if i could do more i might up it 5sec each week once im up to 3x30sec holds i will bring it down to 5x10sec holds and work my way up again.

does that sound good dude?

You are kinda doing Ulis already now. Only with Ulis you cycle the hold and the kegel. Like this: kegel-hold-kegel-hold. You're only one kegel-hold cycle now.

I believe the kegel at the beginning of your hold is what makes your 10 sec hold so intense. If you feel ready, you can start to increase the intensity slowly. You can this by doing one of the following options:

1: Doing more holds. You just add one or more 10 sec holds to your routine.

2: Doing longer holds. For example, increase your 10 sec holds to 15 second holds.

3. Adding another kegel-hold cycle to your hold. So instead of doing: kegel-hold 10 sec, its: kegel-hold 10 sec-kegel-hold 10 sec. Hope this makes sense.
I dont know how intense that added cycle will be. It could be that the increase in intensity is too big.

warm up shower 5-10mins
1 set stretches in the shower (all dir. 30sec to get the blood flow)
wet jelqs 3sets 50 (with 25kegels between eash set)
dry jelqs 8sets of 25 (with 25 kegels between each set)
x3 Uli's 30-40 each 10reps each (helis between holds)
warm wrap/warm water warmdown.


EDIT!!! i have ordered my clamp so should be hear soon, will start light clamping after my next meaurement, which is in october. also ordered my ROP.

hopefully the ROP will help me not only in my penis but in my weight lifting to, :D

I have read too many bad things about the ROP.

Icecam, if you are going to do Uli's do them right at the end of your routine because the penis will be at its most plyable and so the chance of injury is lower relative to incporprating Ulis earlier in the routine. You can still very easily get injured. Just be careful.

Ok I'll rephrase:

It is in most cases uncomfortable and causes acne, but only in few reported cases does it cause erect growth. It will cause a better flaccid hang, but so does jelqing.

i do this routine and the last few days my penis has felt a bit bigger.

my penis feels really good and i doesnt feeel like to much work either. ive found that the warm wraps really help in the penis growth having a nice warm up penis.

I did almost exactly the same as your new girth routine last night and Boy did it feel good. Also looked awesome. Nice and thick. Couldn't believe it was mine.

nice one dude i hit the girth yesterday too. and fuck it was pumped as hell the only switch i did was ulis instead of holds, fuck it felt good.

i did my length day today. felt good

warmed up with a warm cloth wrap. and did hot water bowl dips.
each direction stertch 30sec each
300wet jelqs 6sets 50reps
50 kegels between jelqs
heli shakes
warm down hot bath.

felt good. i decreased my erection length jelqs and started out near flacid and worked up to about 60% erection.

my erections come on to easily still lol

i kinda gave into measuring and pulled the tape out and took a quick measure.

it was about 6.5 x 4.8 :( i gain .2 girth which im fucking chuffed but i only gained .1 ince length. i had to meausre twice the girth as i was soo shocked.

all together i have gained .5 length and .3 girth in in just under 2months :) but i have until sun for my actual measuring date, i dunno if i was fully erect so i might be .1 -.2 inches bigger but i dunno will wait till sunday for an proper update. but 4.8 girth :) going for 7x5 short term goal...long term is 7.5x5.5

edit one more thing. when i measure my EL i just take it from the base to tip. but my penis is curved up. if i pushit my penis down pointing about 9o clock and measure it. it measures about 6.9ish but measuring normal i get about 6.6ish and BPEL is i think just over 7ish

Congratulations with the girth gains! :D

For a curved penis, I think its best to use measuring tape instead of a ruler.
Its much to big a pain in the ass to uncurve the penis and measure accurately at the same time with a solid ruler.

i do use a measuring tape, its just when i flaten it out it measures bigger, i think im not measuring it right when curved up. because it points up about 11ish o clock at times if im really fucking horny, and when i took those m/ments i was pretty damm excited.

but the 4.8 girth is defo there .3 girth in under 2month:) measured today and yesterday about 5times lol i couldnt believe when i checked the measuring 12.2cm was over the fucking moon.

my girth has came on the best now. 5inches was my short term goal gonna up it to 5.3-5 now as motivation

so need to try working on the length more i dunno which measuremnet i should be using the curved up one of about 6.6 or the flatened out one at 6.9ish???? which is the true EL

Your real EL doesnt really matter. What matters is that you use the same method each time you measure, for keeping track of your gains.
That 0.3 " difference wont make a difference in real life.

yeh thanx man, would love the 7.25 NON bone pressed though, its just strange i have about .5 inches BP and im not even fat, im a fitness instructor and im a decent size with abs etc. but i might add a bit of cardio in now and see what happens.

no man i started my PE like all the newbies should do. which was

warmup (i did 10mins in the shower)
stretches (all directions u/d/l/r/f/dl/dr/ul/ur for 30-60sec each)
wet jelqs (started out low around 100 and built my way up)
kegels (lots and i means lots, would do about 200 in my routine and 300ish throughout the rest of the day)
warmdown (5min warm wrap or dip my penis in a cup of hot water for a few mins)

thats how i started out just warmups/jelqs/kegels/warmdown

in my first month i gained about .4 length and only .1 girth it was until then i decided i was ready to move onto dry jelqs and some holds.

so i split my routine up so i wasnt working on my penis longer for one session. i now do M,T,T,F with W,S,S rest.

this split gave me the best gains in girth. for length you gotta focus on stretches which i slacked off in this month and focused more on girth

my girth routine is just above your post im just back there now after a nice bath :) feels lovely and thick :)

if you have veen pe'ing for at least a month and you think your ready(dont rudh into it) then maybe try a few holds to get started then progress onto uli's

i just started ulis not long ago and they in my honest opinion have made my girth gains. but the catch in mine are i edge before i uli. which takes me to over 100% erection and uli for 30 secs.

I also have a curved dick and basically cant really measure properly when fully erect. I have to let it subside first before I can measure. Instead of an OK grip I put my dick in between my forefinger and middle finger on the topside of my dick. Then i run it down from the base to the head. So if I start with my left hand when it reaches the head I put the right into position at the base then remove the left and rundown the shaft with the right hand. Its similar to a jelq with an OK grip except that your fingers are straight.

I'm also tentatively experimenting with a double hold. Aftr the dry jelqs I make myself about 80- 90% erect then do a hold at the base with left hand for about 30 sec and kegel then I grip about 1/4inch below my head and do another hold. Boy do you see the head expand. But do not do it too intensely otherwise you will get injured. ALways in moderation. And don't get over excited when you see how much fatter your head looks. Rome wasn't built in a day.

been focusing on more stretching and have recently learned that i should wet jelq with a low erection % i used to do my jelqs around 80-90% :(

okay lil update. i had my very first lig pop i think whilst doing stretches.

i was tretching (NEW stretch) down to the right under my right leg. and was stretching moderately whilst increasing the strength, then all of a sudden i heard like a pop noise. felt a weird feeling in my penis so stopped. and warmed down.

just another lil update to keep ya guys on my progress.

did my length day today, and the stretches felt good got a really big stretch. did my own kinda stretching. i got my shaving gel tub and rested on my upper things and stretched the penis over it and under it, like an A stetch but using both hands. felt excellent.

anyway after the stretching i jelqed for a bit then did some edging to get the blood pumping all around the bigger penis. i felt thick so i go up and looked in the mirror. and i was shocked its really getting thick and im really starting to like the thickness of it.

dont think my length has gained much, hopefully i hit 6.8-7EL my the end of the month as i really want the length now. :(

i think from what i can feel and from my last measurements i have hit my short term goal of 5" girth thats .5 gain since august. jusy hope it is i was currently 4.8 at the end of september there, so fingers crossed ;)

but i jumped into clamping to soon and suffered the consecquences(cant spell lol)

so i have rested all week except for today i just finished a length workout which was good.

ive got until the 6th nov until my next measurement day. so that is just over 2weeks left. so im really going to concentrate those 2 weeks. and hopefully get at least .1x.1 gain lol i feel depressed.

did another length day today. felt fucking excellent. my penis got worked well. went like this

warmup 15 mins hot wrap and helis
stretches down 1min/out 1min/up 1min/over wrist 1min x3
tow stretches just a few only started them was workin technique
300wet jelqs
lots of kegels throughout the whole workout
warm down shower

ive now stopped pulling the skin back and jelqin with both hands to the head. feels a lot better than my old method.

will prob do a few stretches later to keep the ligs stretched will do KL stretch at around 7pm then another around 11pm :)

defo gonna rest tomorrow then got another length day on monday, and i will restart my girth workout that week, BUT NO CLAMPING LOL

yeh very true, im going to just stick with NPE. but anyway i gave into the temptation and did just a we bit of girth work today, lol

i edged and came lol. at least now i know its safe for me to do girth work again without stoppin myself from cumming, which was good. so girth work is back on get this bitch to 5inches before the end of nov gives me over 2months to again around .2ish

but i did the basics warm up helis jelqs and a few ulis and holds and warmdown.

length day tomorrow oh baby im free all day and night. except for training so will get a really good length day in. stretch this mofo to ma ankle ;)

been going at it good this week. :)

and im not gonna measure until nov now gonna hold off another month.

i have found new way of measuring i have a big tube and i measure my size each week to see if i am gaining. but it does not indicate my size which is good. so i'll prob not know my length size until the end of nov now :D

lol mines a real thin tub so i place it up the side of me. im trying to get a thicker one i can put my penis inside to get a better measurement cut the top half of it it is like an oval shape so you can see your hole penis then measure like that.

what i have done is put a thick line to where me goal is and just keep wokring at it until i hit it :)

my goal is 7.3+ EL so i have about .6 to go;)
gonna get a nice big warm wrap and do some girth work soon

update did a nice length session today.

warmed up shower
light stretches warm up still
300 wet jelqs 2sec strokes 30-80% erection
stretches each direction x1 60sec each
stretches over the wrist each hand 60sec each
warm down

didnt take that long but my penis feels good compared to doing the stretches first. i think im goig to do my jelqs first to concentrate on them more then stretch afterwards :)

keeping you guys updated. my girth is still sitting at 4.8 i think the length has increased :) im still measuring with the cardboard tube with a mark upto my short term goal of 7.3 and my length is getting closer to it by the day. if i had to predict i think my EL maybe about 6.9 so its not long to it. long term is 7.5+ :) girth anything over 5 will do me.

just a quick update guys.

been working it on and off for a bit lately. mostly length. an i have hit 7.5+ BPEL. and i have hit 7" EL :) my girth is still only 4.8 or .9 on a good strong day.

pretty happy with my outcome.

been peing now for coming up to 4months gains are

aug: 6.0el x 4.5g
dec: 7.0el x 4.8g

need to work my girth now more though.

7.5 x 5.5 is my dream goal :) but wont stop till i hit 8x6 lol

ive had to start doing BP measurements as i am gaining weight (im bulking up over winter) then im going to cut for summer.

i have exactly 2weeks left till i hit 19 and would like to gain a bit more even .1 in girth and length by then. i have been peing about 2times a week or 3 or 4 all depends.

BUT now im off work and college till after xmas i have loadssssss of free time to work this pocket rocket into something bigger :D

new update guys.

been hitting the pe several times a day now.

stretching, dry jelqs, holds and some ulis. sometimes a few wet jelqs in the morning.

01/08/05 - 6.0 x 4.5 Start stats
06/01/06 - 7.2 x 4.9 New stats


my new size is about 7.2 x 4.9

but my BPEL is 7.8ish :eek: i dont have much fat just a bit as im bulking for winter and cutting in the summer.

i dont really do a full routine. my days of i would but i have been really busy lately. so i would stretch 10mins at a time abot 3or4 times a day. dry jelq and holds before bed and some stretching and wet jelqs in the shower in the morning.

but im 7.2el x 4.9eg :D

really working on it to hit 7.5 x 5.5 by summer time. may start to add clamping in now. ;)

Congrats on the gains! Your PE schedule does seem a bit weird and most of us wouldn't gain with that, but I guess Your exercises aren't too intense so You won't go over the overtraining line. Have You done this "several times daily" routine all that time?

yes the last 2weeks, i have been sleeping on my sofa. (family problems :() so my gran and granda came over and stole my bed.

so atm ive never had any privacy. so a few time a day i hit stretching the the bathroom.

morning: warmup / stretches / wet jelqs
midday: stretches
afternoon: stretches
night: stretches
before bed: quick warm up / dry jelqs / holds

thats how it looks i tend to try and do this everyday if i dont sleep in. lol

yes i started this on my last measurement day which was the 16th dec. and i have been busy so i threw in what i could whenever.

as long as im peing. doing it right and keeping consient i should gain. id put most of my gains on stretching though.

i have been doing the split routine for over 2weeks coming up to 3weeks. and gained .2 x .1

so if its working i'll keep at it till i hit a plaque.

So, basically You can't be sure wether it's working or not. By reading Your schedule it sounds like overtraining BIG time... and the problem with overtraining is the fact that there are usually some fast gains when the tissue stretches to its limit but then the gains usually stop. I hope You're doing it light enough and that won't happen, but if the gains do stop then the diagnosis is quite clear: overtraining. After a month or two You'll know... Good luck, Sir!

age: 18
length erect 6"
girth erect 4.5"

Stats - after - 17/02/2006

age: 19
length erect 7.3"
girth erect 5.0"


Time - 6months

Gains - 1.3 x 0.5

Goals - As soon as possible
length erect 8" (need 0.7)
girth erect 5.5" (need 0.5)

edit can i also clarifie tht all these gains were made from dedication determanation and time. i only used my hands for these gains and im 100% sure my dick is conditioned so i have started light pumping. ;) will keep yous upto date on the gains. ;)

im happy with my length i just want more girth thts my new apporch now.

i have started light pumping these few weeks and im just doing 2 5min sessions of 3-5gh to condition my dick.

i hope this and hold and dry jelqs combined will give my some nice new gains. i want a dick thick enough tht i cant wrap my fingers around. tht size would be just under 6inches

Long time been here lol...

Well kinda slacked over the years here and there..

But told the current gf about pe so I can comfortably do it and don't need to hide it..

Although she already thinks I'm huge but doesn't know I have ever done this..

Current stats are 7.4nbpel 5.1eg been doing it again now for 3weeks daily

aiming for 8 x 5.5 :-)

Just natural pe. Wet/dry jelqs. Holds and stretches etc..

Glad this wee forum is still going strong..
