It was in the sticky at the old forum it was basically 5 min warm up 5 min stretch ten minute jelq every day of the week except the weekends. Very much an application of LIM theory. For him it has worked wonders, but I don't know who else has tried it.

sounds like it could be pretty good...I would just want to throw in holds occasionally
