For sentimental reasons, I've decided to keep the title of my old progress diary, but decided to lose the rest of it, as it was mostly rubbish from when I first arrived here.

Length Routine

Girth Routine
- 5 minutes soak in hot water warmup

- 200 Wet Jelqs lasting about 5 seconds each with a firm grip
- 6-10 1-minute Jelq Holds
- 5 mins soak in hot water warmdown

Current Kegel Routine
I'll be following wern's summarised kegel routine posted here (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=280), so thanks to wern for sharing that. Hopefully it'll serve me better than one I could throw together myself.

Re-jiggered Stretching Routine (ripped from/inspired by another post, so credit goes to zwmusic for designing it and xyz for posting it up on his old diary and inspiring me to steal it and modify it slightly for my own use :cool)
Stretch Out - 40 secs
Heli shakes - 20 secs
Stretch Up - 40 secs
Heli shakes - 20 secs
Stretch Down - 40 secs
Heli shakes - 20 secs
Stretch Left - 40 secs
Heli shakes - 20 secs
Stretch Right - 40 secs
Heli shakes - 20 secs

Repeat this twice (once using left hand for stretches, once using right) before Jelqs.

22/3/05 - Tuesday, Week 10
Fridays session didn't happen for reasons I won't discuss. Just done Mondays session and got the same issue as the previous Monday. The 'inside' of my foreskin just isn't used to being touched directly it would seem and has responded pretty badly to my new stretching style of rolling the foreskin back when I do it. If it doesn't start getting used to it soon, I may have to reconsider some aspect of my stretching routine, most likely the amount I do rather than the technique.

24/3/05 - Thursday, Week 10
Session done for the night. Tried out the fist-grip for stretches as recommended by Bobo and a slight variant of stretching technique suggested by Beefeater in this (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=120) thread. It seemed to work pretty well and I definitely felt more 'stretch' so I'll stick with both these things from now on. Thanks again for those suggestions guys. :)

Might be a slight case of red spottage to deal with (I just don't learn...) but I'll assess that in the morning after a good nights sleep.

Posting, kegels, then bed. :)

1/7/05 - Friday
After a few months away from both CC and PE'ing, I'm considering a comeback on both fronts. I've got a lot of free time (so what else is new?) and want to do something constructive over my sizeable summer break. I already intended to kick off an exercise\weights\better diet program next week and so I figured I might give PE a go again. I'm going to go back over all my old diary entries and try and establish clearly where I went wrong and what I need to change when\if I decide to start a new program soon.

I hope you've all been well, you might be seeing more of me around here from now on, but no promises.

4/7/05 - Monday
Right, it's just gone midnight here and I'm off to bed in a short while, but before that I'm going to lay out my plans for my new start to PE. I'll leave my old routine up there as I might move back towards that in the long run, but for at least a month and a half to two months I'm going to keep it simple and just try to get it done.

My main issues from last time were my inconsistency and overzealousness. I probably averaged less than 2 out of the 3 sessions a week over the 10 week period I was PE'ing before and that was unacceptable. My consistency wasn't helped by the fact that I frequently went too hard (more in terms of intensity than numbers) and as a result often came away with red spots, that has to stop. I'm going to try to be calmer and more relaxed about it this time and just see what I get, rather than trying to force gains.

My routine will be as follows:
- 5 minutes soak in hot water warmup
- 2 sets (1 left hand, 1 right) of 30 second stretches each way (up, down, straight, left, right)
- 100 Wet Jelqs lasting about 3-5 seconds each
- 2 sets (1 left hand, 1 right) of 30 second stretches each way (up, down, straight, left, right)
- 5 mins soak in hot water warmdown

I will use a M-W-F pattern as before and I well do 100 kegels every week day with a rest at the weekend. I'll increase the numbers gradually as I get reaccustomed to the routine. I recognise my main short comings from last time and hopefully I can learn from them and make a go of it this time.

I'll post updated measurements at the top in a minute.

Not sure what your status is as of now Bobo, but it made me smile to see you actually left a personal note for me before leaving even though I hadn't been on for a while, thank you my friend and I wish you all the best in whatever you do. :)

As for my situation, my restart never really took off, but I am intending to re-restart at the beginning of October when I move to the place I'm living for University and I intend to PE for the whole term. Right now I'm back at home and don't really have the privacy to be comfortable PE'ing, but when I head off to Uni it'll be just me and my girlfriend sharing a flat (we hardly get a moments peace at my house so I'm REALLY looking forward to this) so there'll be plenty of time for PE then.

I might not be able to access CC when I move there as I'm not entirely sure if I'll have internet access, but I'll try my best to get it if I can and if I do I'll try to contribute more to this place.

I've decided to update once a week from now on. Solid start to my new PE effort, completed all 3 sessions and nothing negative has happened so far. I'm feeling motivated to PE but at the same time relaxed about gettings results, where before I felt rather anxious and impatient. Also I've decided to measure at the end of my 10 week spell and not a moment sooner.

That's it for tonight, lets hope things are still looking good this time next week.

I've just finished my Friday session, time for the weekly update. It's been another good week, still no sign of the red spots that plagued my efforts last time, even though my jelqs have been fairly slow with a reasonably strong grip. I got all 3 sessions in and did the kegels on (almost) all the off days too. I've noticed some effects but then it could just be placebo at this point. I always feel more confident and happy with my penis when I'm PE'ing, even if I'm not necessarily getting real results.

Only big event is that I've decided to give masturbation a miss for the duration of my 10 week PE spell. I struggled a bit to keep a high enough erection percentage for my jelqs during the Wednesday session and put it down to having had a wank the night before. Gave it up after that session and as a result I felt todays session went better.

Roll on next week. :cool

You're going to have sex during that time right? Not ejaculating at all for ten weeks isn't healthy, because not cleaning the pipes often enough will lead to a higher risk for prostate cancer. Not trying to scare You but You can find that info in the www from various sites, true it is. I'd recommend ejaculating at least once a week to be on the safe side.

I probably should've clarified that, but yes, I am going to be having sex during that time. I appreciate your concern Bobo, you are wise as ever and having considered it I might just avoid masturbation the evening prior to my PE sessions or the day prior rather than giving it up completely.

By the way, how is your restart going? Have you managed to stick with it?

It's going just fine, thanks for asking. Haven't missed a session, but I've postponed 2-3 sessions because I wasn't healed enough from the previous session. I have a good feeling about this, feel some good gains coming this way.

Update time. Just finished my Friday session and for my third week I made all 3 sessions and all without any problems. As per my plan I increased my Jelqs to 250 this week and my Holds to 2 and it seemed fine.

I'm starting to be tempted to measure but I really want to hold off until my tenth and final week if possible as I'd probably just be disappointed at this stage, but it's still hard to resist.

Anyway another good week of PE finished, I'll report back same time next week.

Friday session complete, time for another update. Finished all 3 sessions again this week meaning I've now had a solid month of PE with no sessions missed. Might not sound like much but conisidering my last effort where I don't think I managed to complete all 3 sessions in a week even once in the 10 weeks, it's pretty damn good.

My temptation to measure has been curbed due to the fact I seem to have lost my measuring tape so I might have to go and get a new one. :roll: :P

Very happy with how this is going so far in terms of consistency, not sure how my results are coming along but hopefully at the end of the 10 week cycle I'll see some reward. :)

Congratulations on the consistency. Sometimes, especially in the beginning, it's hard to get a schedule going that allows you to PE.

A long time ago before CC was founded (I would've been too young to come here anyway), I was doing PE and I could go for maybe 2-3 months. I tried starting up again just before I joined CC- it seems like once I got into college, my ability to do something consistently stopped.

Now I hang around these boards almost daily as a constant reminder to do my damn exercises! :cheeky: But it's working :cool . I hope you see some nice gains as a reward for not missing any exercises.

Fridays session of week 5 is complete and I've managed 3\3 sessions again this week. It's pretty hard to guage my progress so far, my penis definitely seems more pumped when I get an erection with more prominent veins, also my erections are definitely much harder thanks to the kegels. As for real progress I'm not sure, my flaccid length is quite variable but it does look to have improved a bit, but for some reason I feel more confident of girth gains than length. I'm pretty sure my penis is thicker than it was when I started, maybe it's the high erection % wet jelqs and the holds doing their work.

Anyway I'll keep on trucking and save the measuring for my tenth week. Same time next week.

Didn't update last Friday because I was away and as a result missed Fridays session too. However, that's still 17/18 sessions completed so far, 18/19 if you include today (just finished Mondays session). It's still going well and I'm still feeling motivated so I'm not worried about missing that one session.

Fridays session is done and I got all three sessions in again this week. One change I made was to bump all my holds up to 20 seconds. Having read other peoples diaries and other posts about holds, 10 seconds seemed like quite a short time so I increased it. Might go all the way up to 30 seconds for the last week or two. I also added another hold for a total of 4 and moved my Jelqs up by 50 to 300 as planned.

No update last Friday because I missed the session, but I completed the other two and I've just completed my Monday one for this week too. Still going well, my interest is beginning to fade a little bit but this phase of my PE career only lasts for another 2 weeks due to various issues, so I just have to keep it together for 5 more sessions. After that I'll be taking a break for about a month from both PE and CC, but I'll be back for sure.

I still haven't found my old tape measure so I might have to go and buy one which is crap.

If you can't find the tape measure and only have a ruler then you could always wrap something thin like a strip of paper round your dick and then measuring that. Using anything thicker, such as a shoelace, can gave unreliable measurements.

If you're only PE'ing for 2 weeks kind of exercises are you doing? I would have guessed that doing very intense exercises like intense holds would be good if only for a few weeks because then your dick would get plenty of time to heal afterwards.

Zeolite I think you misunderstood, I meant I had 2 weeks more of PE on my current run, however I've already been doing it for 2 months up to this point. Sorry if I didn't make that clear. Thanks for the tips about measuring, I might have to improvise a bit and might try one of the methods you suggested.

I've always known I was only going to PE for a 10 week spell due to living arrangements changing, but 10 weeks is a pretty good run and having a month off gives me some rest time so hopefully I should be ready to start gaining again when I come back. :)

My tenth and final week of PE is at an end, time for the final update of my current round of PE. I missed 2 out of 6 sessions over the last 2 weeks and I've worked out my grand total for this round of PE is 26\30 sessions completed. Pretty good but I can do better next time. :cool

Now normally this would be where I update, but despite realising ages ago I have no measuring tools at my disposal I still haven't gotten hold of any so I can't measure. I might post my stats when I get back before I start my next round, but we'll have to see. I'll update my first post with my plans for my next round of PE so I remember what I was doing when I get back.

As I stated in my previous post I'll be stopping PE and also leaving CC for a bit, but I'll be back in around a month, ready to jump straight back in. Until then, see you guys! :cool

Here we go again, time for my second committed run at PE starting from tomorrow. Might fiddle with my routine a bit before I start but hopefully I should be able to stick with it again and see some good results by the end of this 10 week spell. No updated measurements so I'm flying blind as far as what (if any) gains I've made, but to be honest it doesn't really bother me.

Did my first session of my new start earlier today and it felt good. My girlfriend's schedule is a bit erratic at the moment and since I now PE in the morning\daytime I might not always be able to get in all my sessions for the week, or at least not necessarily when I intend to. I'm going to try to be as consistent as possible, even though that might be in a somewhat inconsistent fashion for a while as I'll most likely just PE when my girlfriend is out. I'll definitely be able to do Tuesday and Wednesday this week but beyond that I'm not sure.

I'll update again at the end of the week.

Like I said, it's going to be a bit random for a while. I've decided to replace War Holds in my routine with Jelq Holds which are 60 second Holds but with lots of slow Jelqing at the same time. I went a bit mad today and decided to throw way too much girth stuff in at the end and I now have one decently sized red spot. I also violated the 5 hour rule today and if there were a 5 minute rule then I'd have violated that too. Learn some self control man. :lol:

Gave myself a red spot again on Wednesday in the same place by freestyling my girth routine and doing 2 extra 60 second jelq holds on the end. Stuck to the basic 2 today and it's fine, so I guess I just have to take it a bit slower. Pretty good week again, but next week things will start to get a little bit more hectic so we'll have to see how it goes.

Don't worry if You can't PE as much as You'd like, a small pause never hurts especially when red spots are present.

The two occasions that a red spot has appeared so far I've take the following day off, then done my length day after that and they've cleared up fine, so I'm alright to keep going.

The rotation system I'm using this time with two separate routines seems to be working quite well as the girth day is quite high intensity but the length day is a lot lighter and is more about stretching and can be done the day after girth day because of it's lower intensity. I certainly prefer this approach, but we'll have to see how it does in terms of gains at the end.

A bit late on my update for last week, but here it is:

Monday - Length day

I'm going to lower the erection percentage I use for jelqs on my girth day, I've often started with pretty much a full erection and I've been getting single but rather large red spots here and there as a result, I even managed to get one as a result of my length day on Sunday, so I'll definitely ease up a bit. I think having the jelqs and jelq holds together is ok, just as long as the jelqs aren't done too hard. I also have to use more lubrication on my length days to prevent them becoming slightly lighter versions of girth day jelqs.

No red spots last week and on my girth day I was able to do 4 of the 60-second jelq holds, when usually I have to stop after 2 or 3 because I can see a red spot forming. It's amazing how little changes like going just a little looser on your grip at a fractionally lower erection percentage can make.

Early update this week as I know I won't be PE'ing over the weekend.

That's 6 days in a row PE'ing including last Sunday, but it was fine. Easing up my grip on jelqs on Girth day has helped me so much, I managed to do 8 jelq holds today and 6 on the two previous Girth days and all without any red spots. Next week is going to be a bit sparse in terms of PE opportunities, so I'm glad I got in a good week like this.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, last week was a very good week.

Monday - Length day
Tuesday - Girth day
Wednesday - Length day
Thursday - Girth day
Friday - Length day
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest

This week will only be about 3-4 days max because of some schedule issues, but the week after things should be back to normal. If I can get 3-4 sessions this week I'll be very happy.

Worse week than I was expecting.

Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest

I have more time again this week so I should be able to get back on track.

Haven't updated for a while but I've still been PE'ing... just about. I can't remember the exact days, but I've done 2 sessions for each of the last 2 weeks. This week is my big redemption week, I'm shooting for 4 or 5 sessions.

4 sessions last week (2 of each), so I'm happy with that. Looking to keep up 3+ sessions a week for the next few to make up for a poor run over the last month or so.

Are you measurements still the same as in the first post of this diary?

I have no idea, I haven't measured since the last recorded measurements here (so about a year and a half ago). I'd say I'm probably a bit thicker and maybe a touch longer too, but really I'm not too fussed about the measuring bit anymore, as long as I feel positive and seem to be making progress I'll stick with it.

Anyway, time for an update. Last week I got in 2 sessions and this week I've managed 3. This coming week will be my final one before I take a break for a while, so I'll be shooting for 3-5 sessions to round off this period of PE on a good note.
