Right then..here's my progress journal.

I am quite sceptical..I have been reading cc for a while and people report of gains of an inch in a month which I find unbelievable. Everyone speaks so openly about their penis but why do I not see photos of dicks up against rulers? Endless accounts of growth but no evidence!

Anyways. My measurements are what some people regard as average but I regard as small (all men do n'est pas?):

Flacid length: 3.75" or 95mm
Flaceid Girth: 3.75" or 95mm hmm...weird

Gimme ten minutes I'll just whack on some catalina cruz...!

Bone pressed erect length: 6.00" or 152mm
Bone pressed erect girth: 5.00" or 127mm

I've only been awake a few hours so my flacid length measurement is larger than normal. It can be really tiny at times. My aims are simply to test whether this PE malark actually works. In quantitative terms I would like 8" length but more importantly 7+" girth. I have no aims for flacid gains which are guaranteed with PE anyway..and lets face it having a bigger penis in evolutionary terms is a step backwards. I am doing this simply for my pleasure (tighter pussy!) and the satisfaction of others (true..women fuck with their minds but a bigger wang does help if used in the right way!!).

I will be using the newbie routine every other day for a month and I'll measure then. At that point I'll start adding exercises for girth and glans. I would like a bulbous head so to speak. I'll only measure every 4 weeks and adjust accordingly.

Other issues..

Amino acids: I am currently using as part of my fitness/strength regimen. L-arginine and l-ornithine are great for increasing systemic gh levels when taken orally and at REST. I like to take these two aminos when I know I'm going to be inactive ie.when I'm studying. Since peak GH levels are achieved after 2-5 hrs I intend to PE at this point. If you are wanting to elevate your GH for exercise use L-arginine pyroglutamate with l-lysine HCl 30 mins before your workout (peak levels are at 60-90 mins which should coincide with the latter half of your workout).

Diet: Keeping it clean. Using turkey instead of chicken-higher protein content, less fat, and cheaper!! I have this seafood pasta I like to cook. I go down the fish market n pick up some real bargains: clams, prawns, squid, mussels, baby octopus, salmon, seabass, crab. Mix it all up in a spicy-garlic-tomato concoction and two hours later I find that I'm really quite horny and I feel my balls are full. I'll be making this on each day I PE!! Also, getting at least 2 litres mineral water per day other than what I consume during exercose. Getting plenty of milk (use soya milk it helps reduce cholesterol!) calcium helps connective tissue. Also cod liver oil with vit e helps brain and joints. I could go on forever.

Exercise: Loads. I've gone on enough I need to shut up..

So that's me.

Day off today. How many of you prefer doing 2/3 days on-1 day off? IU read that the safest option is one day on-1 day off, but elsewhere they advocate 5 on-2 off. What are your opinions?

I think my best gains came 4 or 5 on and 2 off. 5 on is difficult to maintain. Dont beat up about how many on or off just make sure you get the minimum required time in.
one on one off = 4 pe days per week
MWF = 3 pe days per week
5on1off = 5 pe days

I'm not at all suggesting that you are bullshitting my friend. I just find it hard to believe unless I see the effects myself. Just some of the posts I've read put doubts in my mind as to the relative success i.e. gains per person per 'x' amount of time. Some people gain loads, others very little. I know in bodybuilding some people can gain muscle much quicker than others..this is understandable. The important thing is that you get them to yours. You are average length, and you have pretty good girth (greater than mine if that counts for anything). I am really starting to think that women don't really care about a penis size because most haven't seen more than 10 erect, and so their sample size is going to variate so strongly from the average that chances are that they either think mist dicks that they see are big, or most are small (in their opinion), so they focus on the experience not just the size of your wang.

Yeah most surveys advocate girth over length. So i reckon a good size in my opinion (since i am now 6" BPEL and know the effects) would be 7" or a little over in length and 5.5" - 6" in girth. that would be enough for the majority of women.

Maybe I measured wrong before, maybe my dick isn't as erect as it should be. Either way I've got a lot of gaining to do!!

My overall aim is going to be set at 8" x 6". That's a cumulative increase of 3.75" which doesn't seem too drastic. Still slightly sceptical but what the hell I got nothing to lose..I'll find out if it works!!

I'll measure again on 9 January see if there's any improvement. Until then I'll do 2 on-1 off schedule of the following routine:

Warm up: 5/10 mins hot shower
3 x 10 kegels (each contraction to failure)
30 sec helishake in each direction

Stretches: 30 sec stretch down, up, left, right, straight out

Jelq: 200 Wet jelqs (increase by 50 per week)
Will add dry jelqs 2 weeks from now startin off with 25 of each increasing by 30 each week (15 per section)

Warm down: 30 sec helishake in each direction

How does that look? Any suggestions?

In January I'll see how I've got on. I'll just keep increasing the workout volume gradually til I hit 5/600 wet welqs, then start adding some more advanced stretches. In a coupla months I'll add the holds then gradually start increasing the intensity. Eventually even an advanced routine may appear!!! All I know is that I'm going to persevere no matter what. :cool
