I just found out a friend of mine when he was younger got kicked really hard in the balls by this chick. So to correct it they put some plastic thing in his wang that stretched it out alout and like added 3 or 4 inches. I was wondering what it was. I don't wanna try it im just curious.

Propably some sorth of prosthetic aid that is used when threating injuries. I doubt it they would give that threatment just to anyone if it must be put in by surgery. If it was some sort of stretching device outside the penis then those can be bought, but with the risks involved I wouldn't recommend using one. Natural PE is all You need.
