I'm new here and very excited to begin. I'm 18 years old and Here are my stats.
FL-4.5in
EL-7.75in
EG-6.1in

my goals
EL-10in
EG-7in

My beginners routine will go as follows:

5 min hot wrap
5 sets of 30 sec stretching (every direction)
200 wet jelqs
5 min hot wrap

what's the point of stating your measurements in BPEL isnt that like cheating?

Some people use it as motivation as it may seem bigger. I myself us non-bone pressed but it doesnt really matter. Its just personal preference.

Thats not the reason. The reason is NBP(non bone pressed) varies with how much fat you have around the pubic area. You may lose some of that fat and think you made a gain or you nay gain some fat and think you lost. Bone pressed however is the most consistent way to TRACK your gains, because the pubic bone doesn't move.

but neway i have a problem, my erections are no where near hard as they should be. Will the basic routine i doing now remedy this problem or should i add a little more to it? and if so, what?

Yeah i would reccomend using BPEL to keep record of the gains. And as far as being hard, do your kegels and try some l-argenine.

Shane its the same answer I would have given. I think that G-Spot enlightened us and probably a few hundred more to a new perspective on measuring. I respect that you gave some input, because its a question that needed to be dealt with convincingly. And we wouldn't be able to do that if we all shut up and don't contribute. So good answer mate. :wink:

Trust me man, very few people it seems actually know the reason for BPEL measurement. Tons would have answered the same as you.

You've only got 6,209 to match G (at the moment). At 30 a day like your doing now, thats about 207 days which is about 7 months. Not that long if you intend to stick around, though G will probably have passed 10,000 by then at the rate hes going. Good luck though :mrgreen

Anyway it's the start of my 3rd week and i know i'm bigger. I just cant wait to measure myself. :D

Good to hear that wood. But take your time for measurements, it's just good not to measure so frequently in order to avoid that slight discouragement if you don't see the expected result in terms of figures. Just keep PE'ing regardless of the ruler. Good luck to you.

sorry, I just couldn't hold it any longer. I measured myself and it turns out i grew an inch. so now instead of being 5'10, I'm 5'11". oh well
