Hello everyone,
quick rundown of my stats. Been working out regularly for more than 5 years now, taking it really seriously from April 2010 onwards or so. I actually think I gained about 1cm in length just from that (didn't record it anywhere however), but we'll see where this journey brings me, obviously still hoping to reap Newbie gains, hehe.
Alright, some stats:
Age: 25
Height: 180cm (5ft11)
Weight: 80-85kg (176 - 187lbs)
I'll skip biceps size and personal bench records and straight to the hardware. I did a starting measurement yesterday and I'm building from
16cm (6.3 inch) not bone pressed, 17.5cm (6.9 inch) if I press the ruler really hard into my pubic bone. 17.5 is basically the most optimistic measurement I think.
Girth was about 13.5cm (5.31 inch) and Bone Pressed Stretched Flaccid Length: 18cm (7.09 inch)
I have pictures that I can refer to later, might post them when gains occur, but we'll see :)
I'd be referring mostly to the bone pressed length and the girth from now on, is that what people usually talk about when they post 8x6 as their goal or am I mistaken?
I'll be starting out with a really slow routine that starts out w/ 5m Hot Wrap, 30 Wet Jelqs and another 5m Hot Wrap.
I'll increase the Jelq numbers over the next weeks gradually and look into stretches or a stretching device. The device makes sense to me b/c I have a tendency to apply too much pressure with my hands (broke a toothbrush in my mouth back in the days...). Overall though: Slowly increasable tension seems to make the most sense to me coming from a lifting background.
So what I'm thinking of working up to over the next 5-8 weeks is this:
5m Hot Wrap, Some Manual stretches (or 1-2h of Stretch Device some time during the day) 200 Wet Jelqs, 5m Hot Wrap about 3-4 times a week.
Add wern's Beginner Kegel routine daily http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=280 and this is basically what I'm aiming for.
I actually don't have any crazy expectations from this, so right now I'm mostly aiming for knowledge and consistency. Alright I am kinda hoping for 20cm w/o pressing my bone but we'll see about that. I don't really feel a lot of pressure going into this, so this maybe my weakness as well as a low value in the LOT theory (that actually held me back from PE earlier b/c I felt like I wouldn't gain anyways). I am quite conditioned to working out consistently though and (I think) I have high testosterone levels and regeneration from squatting and what not, so this is the upside. Wish me luck, I guess :)
Ok so after this rant: Does anyone see a major flaw in this approach? What measurements are used here?
Can someone recommend a lube for wet jelqing (preferably one I can order in Germany)? The one I have now has to be reapplied every 15 Jelqs or so b/c it's old or maybe b/c it just plain sucks :)
PS: I'll keep detailed reports about workouts for myself and will measure and report here montly or maybe only every 2 months. I will keep on reading / discussing though :)
