Hey everyone, my first thread here for aaaaaages. Hope everyone is well and gaining!

Ok so since I have moved back home I have been very inactive and have gained a pretty significant mid riff lol. I used to do a lot of weight training but gave up because I got fed up of always tinkering with dumbells or having pricey gym memberships. So I have been looking on the internet and everyone seems to be going on about Kettlebell regimes, are these as intense as everyone says?

If so I cant wait to give it a go, it fits perfectly for me....no money, not too much free space.

Has anyone used these before?

Hey man, good to have you back! Not tried them myself but, like you, I've heard really good things about them.

Are you planning to do cardio as well? If you're looking to lose the midriff cardio rather than weights is probably the most important thing.

Yeah Im doing cardio as well, I have been going road cycling quite a bit as well...and am looking to ramp up the volume on that as well. I just like the apparent versatility of them. I decided to buy one in the end since it was cheap and I shall let you know how I get on with it...

I just want to be a lean mean fighting machine again, I have gotten pretty lazy over the last 3 years. Im going to be going back to a really healthy diet again too, I eat lots of crap these days...

yes kettlebell training is nice, also hit some deadlifts and squats :)
