Hey guys,
I've been lurking around this site for the past month or so - and I'm really learning a lot! Instead of logging all of my workouts in a word document, I might as well join the CC-family and share my workouts with you guys.
Starting stats:
BPEL: 16 cm (6.3 inches)
EG: 11,5 cm (4,53 inches)
Start date: November 10th 2010.
I've been doing a routine very close to Thought Pro's Newbie Routine, which looks like this:
Every other day:
5 min hot wrap warmup
5 min five-way stretches (up, down, right, left, straight out)
20 dry jelqs (20 top, 20 bottom)
30 wet jelqs
Voilá.
After a couple of weeks I will bump the dry jelqs up to 35 (70 total) and 50 wet jelqs.
If you have any comments or suggestions on the routine please feel free to let me know :wink:
I realize that PEing - and getting the results you want - takes a lot of time and commitment. At the moment I am very motivated to do whatever it takes to get me some results.
All right, I think that just about covers it. Let's get this diary started - and hopefully the gains will come soon :twisted:

Might as well post my 'workout' from last night:
5 min hot wrap warm up
5 min five-way stretches (I may incorporate some V and A stretches very soon)
35 top and bottom dry jelqs
40 wet jelqs, working the whole shaft every jelq.
At first I didn't really understand the difference between dry and wet jelqs just by reading the exercise description on this site, but I think I found out what I was doing wrong. I just did the damn same thing as you do when you dry jelq - but with lube on my dick. That doesn't really make any difference at all :lol: I'm now using my "off-hand" to hold my dick skin back at the pubic bone, while my working hand slowly works the shaft in a milking motion.

Remember to use both hands when jelqing, otherwise your dick won't grow evenly. The "ok-grip" isn't a perfect circle, so when using only one hand you're not straining the tissue evenly. You can do it as you described, but alter hands so that you'll do similar amount of jelqs with both hands.

Another workout today. I bumped up the wet jelqs from 50 to 60 - I'm liking those bad boys :)
I will probably measure in a weeks time (which means I've been PEing for a month)

Hey Juice, sounds like you've got the right attitude here. Will be good to see how these "lower number of jelq" workouts that a few on here are trying work out for gains.

Axlerod: Thank you. To be honest I'm not expecting huge gains by the first month since I haven't really noticed anything particular size wise yet. I'm taking it nice and slow, letting my body slowly adapt to the stress of PEing. When the time is right - the intensity of my workouts will increase

I was really excited about todays workout. I did a slightly longer warmup than usual and added a few minutes of some soft massaging.
~10 mins of hot wrap warmup, 2 min soft massage
5 min of stretches in all directions
40 dry jelqs (40 top, 40 bottom)
70 wet jelqs
As you may have noticed I bumped up the amount of wet jelqs. I plan to add 10 wet jelqs every session until I reach 150 (maybe more, dunno yet). The dry jelqs will remain at the current amount. I will do this to keep a decent progression in my workouts, which I believe to be important. I should hit 150 wet jelqs eight sessions from now which is in approx 2-3 weeks.
I'm kinda getting used to the non-sexual touching - at least my erections during PE are getting less frequent, which helps me focus on the exercises. I don't know if it's my mind playing tricks on me but I believe my erections are getting stronger and my penis is getting slightly 'harder' when erect. Kegels ftw :D

I bet it is, kegels are kinda easy to do anywhere I do them while driving and playing games, it's kinda funny to know i'm working it out and nobody's the wiser.

Yep I'm a teacher and I do kegels at the front of the class while my students are getting on with the work I've set them.

After reading Axlerod's post and Bobo's old progress diary I decided to try out a lot of kegelling throughout the day. I'm doing the routine example wern provided in his big post about kegelling every morning and evening when brushing my teeth - but today I also kegelled a lot during the day.
Can't wait till measurement-day!

Keep it up, I kegel more and more as well. In fact every time I log on here to check things it reminds me to kegel. I love it.

Yeah that's a great idea. Tie kegeling to something you do regularly. For example every time you check the time on your watch. Hold a kegel for 10 seconds.

Only the holds sound particularly intense there. Watch out on those but shouldn't be too much really considering you're doing so few jelqs.

I did my PEing right after I came home from the gym. Now my whole body is pumped up. Boom!
Tonight I'm going to be drunk as hell as I'm going to meet up with a lot of my old friends. If I survive, I'm probably going to have the worst hangover in my life tomorrow.

Just a fair warning, with alcohol and weight lifting, I've seen alcohol hinder results.. they may hinder gains. Just a tip.

Todays workout:
A slight longer warm up (12 mins), which worked wonders. Same stuff as always but with 110 wet jelqs. I think 150 was aiming a bit too high for my PE experience (or lack thereof). Somewhere around 100 seems more appropriate.

Boom! I'm feeling pretty confident. Not sure if I will be able to report some gains, but I must admit my dick has appeared slightly larger when flaccid for the past couple of weeks. That's usually a good sign, right? :icon_smile:

I thought I had the time to measure last night, but something came in the way.
Unfortunately I haven't gained at all yet which is really starting to annoy me, because I have been very consistent since I started PE. I realize gains don't neccessarily come right away so the lack of gains doesn't really interfere with my motivation/dedication. I'll keep at it untill I have the size I want, EOD.
After measuring I did wonder if I should try a different routine - what do you guys think?

Hey Juice, I am no expert at all but here's my two cents, looking on other forums it seems that the routines on here do take it quite a bit easier on you than other places do. Perhaps you should shop around and see what else there is?

If you're consistent and don't gain for months, then your routine is not adapted... but what is strange is that you seem to have a great one... maybe up the number of jelqs a little bit ?

I would also say if you were going to change anything you could up the wet jelqs. 100 is quite low. If you do, just raise them gradually, though. Maybe 20 a week, something like that. And play close attention to what your wang says about it.

My routine for the next period of time is gonna look like this:
- 10-15 min warmup with a hot towel wrap
- 4-way stretches - doing 25 quick kegels while holding stretch + circle stretches after each direction. Helicopter shakes in between stretches.
- 150 wet jelqs
- 90 V-grip jelqs
I may progress in some manner after a month. Dunno how yet, maybe by adding some dry jelqs or just upping the number of jelqs.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I will do these 2 days on, 1 off ergo 4 times a week. What days I do my workouts on doesn't really matter, as long as it's 4 times a week.

Be careful as you are upping the intensity AND the frequency. I would advise against doing a session if you don't feel 100% healed from the last one.

I'm considering leaving the kegels and circle stretches out. There's simply too much "stimulation" going on - I can't keep my dick flaccid. Overall good workout though!

A couple of days ago I had a slight "mishap". I was doing v-grip jelqs but because I couldn't really feel the pressure I squeezed my fingers together which caused a sharp (light) pain. After the incident I gently massaged my wiener and gave it a day's rest - so I skipped a workout on purpose. :icon_smile:
Really good workout today again.

I recieved my pump yesterday and I did my first (ever) pumping-session after my regular PE-workout. Don't worry guys, I'm taking it veeery slow with the pump - I'm listening carefully to all negative and/or positive penis indicators.
After the ~10 min pump session yesterday my penis has been noticable "fuller" flaccid all day long today. Dunno if it's a coincidence - but I like it :wink:

Great workout today! Bought a new oil/lube which was crap! I remembered I had some vaseline lying around somewhere - and that definitely made a big difference. I'm gonna go with vaseline from now on.

Great workout today! Note to self: jelqs where slightly slower and more controlled. Vaseline really makes a big difference!

Another workout (same routine as last update) - great workout today! Flaccid hang was noticable bigger after workout. It's bound to grow soon :saint:
