Hey guys. Im back from an extended break, its great to see some old names and recognize some old personalities. Im interested in one of these lamps, can anyone suggest a high quality minimal cost brand and or model? Thanks very much. Also, to those of you who use supplements for semen production/bloodflow/erections, could you please recomend what has worked for you. I mean of course in what quantities and any other tidbits that youve picked up along the way. should i be able to get these things a GNC store? thanks very much

I warmly recommend taking amino acids L-arginine and L-Ornithine, and the recommended dosage is 3g Arginine and 1,5g Ornithine daily. Bigger doses can be taken for shorter periods of time, and that recommended dosage is safe for long time use.

Does the dosage have to be that high to be of use Bobo? I just got hold of some combined arg and orth and they recommend 1g arg and 0.5g orth daily. I was thinking of taking about double that....will that be enough....?

Based on what I've read, 3g Arg is the min. dosage for noticeable results. Less than that is better than nothing, but to make sure You're not wasting it, take more.

In the USA I think try Home Depot? Or any pet store might be able to help you source it. They usually used to heat reptile enclosures. Try to get the ceramic model. Or try http://besttdplamps.com/index_files/order.htm if you can spare more cash for top range model.
