I've decided to start my own measurement diary as im using a new routine now. Previously I only did holds for 1,5 years to improve my girth.
This is my routine now:

5 min. hot wrap
5 min. 30 sec. stretches
15 min. wet jelqs
3 min. holds
10 min. hot bath

My measurements:

EL 6.7
EG 6.5

Welcome mate, how much did you gain from just doing the holds?

Square

I guess its a girth exercise, isn't it?

My PE is targeted mainly at length this time. My first goal is set to reach 7.0 Thanx for the warm welcome.

If You only want length this time, concentrate only on wet jelqs and stretches, and forget the holds.

Can you please explain how you do your holds specifically please, becasuse you gained like a monster in girth jeez.

Im not sure whether i did holds right but it certainly worked for me. I got a 80% hard-on and then gripped around the base increasing the pressure in the shaft and kept holding for 10 seconds. I usually did up to 20 holds per workout.

ya that sounds like what i do, sometimes i do 100 percent erect though i wonder if it still has the same effect. i usually do them longer though like 30 secs.

Perhaps less is more?

Very good, BIGOKE! :cool

Holds are more effective when done around 80% erect, 100% won't do the trick and it's quite dangerous injury-wise.

good god. 6.5 girth that is sick. And you gained 1.4 with just holds. I guess that is where the action is at.

Remember, folks, to be extremely careful with holds, because when performed wrongly they're the most dangerous exercise in my opinion. Go easy on the pressure... rather use 30 seconds of light pressure than ten seconds of insane squeezing!

I totally agree with Bobo. I used rather light pressure as the possible damage could mean a seriously long break in PE and you most certainly don't want that. I might consdier myself lucky to have achieved such girth gains, but still I lack in length which remains a concern of mine.

Gee, I'm pretty amazed. I've gained +0.1 EL. My stats now:
EL - 6.8
EG - 6.55

I've gained +0.05 EG as well but that was unintentional :)

Good gains, but do you want to be measuring so often Bro? :neut:

Well, I just couldn't wait to see my first length gains. I hadn't gained any EL in long long time. Other than that knowing my routine really works might contribute very well to my positive attitude.

Square, can you describe how you performed your holds? ie. number of holds per sessions, sessions per week, pressure of hold, where on the shaft you gripped, and length of hold. Thanks :)

You do holds for 3 minutes? Meaning you hold it for 3 minutes or do you break up your holding into like 30 second holds or so?

Square

I guess I used to overtrain as I did holds everyday although it was usually 15-20 sets of holds, each one lasting for about 10 seconds. I gripped around the base semi 60-70% erect causing no pain but considerable swelling. Maybe the key to my success was causing minor damage resulting in quick recovery. And as for my routine now, I do 20 second light holds having no desire to improve my girth but something tells me I'm sorta an easy-girth-gainer :). Like Bobo said many times - You gotta experiment, and find out what works for you as it's a process of trial and error.

Damn it somebody help me please. I can't seem to stop gaining girth. I am 6.6 right now and i first and foremost need length !!! Any cool length exercises u would recommend? Maybe there is some magic exercise beside stretching or some kind of variation of this exercise. Any thoughts please?

I would say to make your main focus on stretches. Make sure you spend more time stretching than you do jelqing.

You tried Heli-shakes? If not, chuck some of them into your stretching routine.

I have no clue. Maybe you are the type that girth hits first. By the way, what are you doing to get that girth. Gaining girth is a bitch for me and the real reason i still PE

Currently I've given up holds as do not wish for any extra girth any more. Can somebody explain what is a helishake cos I'm a confused about that exercise. Is it simply gripping your penis at the base when flaccid and waving or pulling it outwards as in stretching but with additional circular movement?

No you just twirl it. Its hard to explain but you ake it spin like a proppeler. Ever do the wind mill?

Square

All right, don't say any more - I get the picture. In fact,I incorporated helishakes into my routine today. Thanx for the hints.
