Has anybody tried Godma's routine?If so then how much did you gain???????

I believe Godma tried them.
I also believe he gained alot.

I really should sometime..i dont know why iw oiuldnt at least try what he did...seeing as how it worked extremely well for him

Very effective if you are targeting flaccid gains. As far as erect gains I didn't notice much but the flaccid hang was great.

Warm up for five minutes
100 dry jelqs
10 30 sec holds
5 min stretching
10 erect stretches

then off to class

Also,
warm up
5 min stretching
200 slow wet jelqs
5 min stretching
warm down

This was for length the other was for girth

For the girth one 1 inch girth in 3 months

For the lenght one 1 inch length in 4 months

But I think that any routine is useless useless you also train the PC muscle

The routines were done at seperate times in the year. I used a MWF schedule and rested on the weekends.

i tried godmas routine, got good flaccid gains and small erect length gains, but i didnt stick it longterm, (motivation) so cant say what its like long term. i must try it again.

Hey guys i wanted to see what you guys thought about my new routine.
150 dry jelps in the middle and at the top

30 sec holds - 15 minutes (desperate for girth)

Streching - 5 minutes(all ways)

100 kegels

Streching - 5 minutes (all ways)

300 slow wet jelps

Streching - 5 minutes (all ways)

Finish off with 100 more kegels

Warm down - 5 min

Hi BP - I was doing Godma's routine on and off last year, managed a 1/4" increase after a solid 3 month block - flacid gains were good but I didn't gain any girth - I think I probably could have gained a lot more if I'd been more consistent. Once I'm past newbie routines I'll be going back on Godma's with a few tweaks simply cos I like it! Your new routine sounds cool, could be pretty time consuming though!

here here, my sentiments exactly
