I want to start off with an apology, I think this should of originally been posted here. Sorry folks. Guess I should of figured that out a little sooner.
I started reading up on PE about 2 months ago and after a few weeks of lurking thought it might be a good idea to join the board. I would really like to be an active member as it seems everyone is quite supportive and willing to help each other in getting those all important gains.
I started PEing about a month ago with the following routine.
warm up: In the shower and after about 5 mins, 10 second stretches in all directions. It seems like I can get a better, fuller stretch with the water running on my penis.
Wet jelqs: I don't really count the number of strokes and have chosen to focus more on time. I jelq for 10-15 minutes, using a water based lube and a little warm water when needed. Also, when my erection gets a little to full I wait a few minutes and then do a few "heli shakes", then get back to jelqing.
Warm down: Hop back in the shower for 5 mins and that's that!
At the moment I do this routine 3-4 days a week, incorporating kegels whenever I have time.
If anyone has any advice or ideas as to how I could improve my routine please let me know.
When I began my stats were: BPEL 16.2 cm and an erect girth of 14cm.
After a month I'm up to a BPEL of 16.5 cm and the girth is still at 14cm.
My ultimate goal is BPEL 21 cm and a girth of 15 - 16 cm. From reading a few of the progress diaries surely my goals are realistic and attainable.

Hey Reggie, well done on the initial gains.

Have you added to your routine at all since you started? The common method is to add a few more jelqs on to your routine every week after you start.

Hi Axerod, I've yet to add to my routine, but my dick seems to be ready to do a few more jelqs. Do you think 20 minutes every other day would be too much? Also at what point do you think I'll be ready to add some advanced exercises to my routine? Don't want to break my dick as it's the only one I've got.

A couple of months should have you ready to start to introduce some more advanced exercises but start off easily. A few holds perhaps and gradually build up. Maybe try one new exercise each month and see which ones seem to work for you.

Thanks for the advice Axlerod! Will try a different length exercise every month until I find on that works. Been trying the waterwell stretches 50 after the warm up and another 50 after the 18 mins of jelqs (tried to go for 20 mins, but over did it a bit) . Things seem to be going quite well, the kegels are great, sometimes I feel like my dick could break bricks. Perhaps I'm not far enough along yet for the super advanced brick breaking exercises.
Gonna measure next Tuesday and see if there are any gains.
