I started reading up on PE about 2 months ago and after a few weeks of lurking thought it might be a good idea to join the board. I would really like to be an active member as it seems everyone is quite supportive and willing to help each other in getting those all important gains.
I started PEing about a month ago with the following routine.
warm up: In the shower and after about 5 mins, 10 second stretches in all directions. It seems like I can get a better, fuller stretch with the water running on my penis.
Wet jelqs: I don't really count the number of strokes and have chosen to focus more on time. I jelq for 10-15 minutes, using a water based lube and a little warm water when needed. Also, when my erection gets a little to full I wait a few minutes and then do a few "heli shakes", then get back to jelqing.
Warm down: Hop back in the shower for 5 mins and that's that!
At the moment I do this routine 3-4 days a week, incorporating kegels whenever I have time.
If anyone has any advice or ideas as to how I could improve my routine please let me know.
When I began my stats were: BPEL 16.2 cm and an erect girth of 14cm.
After a month I'm up to a BPEL of 16.5 cm and the girth is still at 14cm.
My ultimate goal is BPEL 21 cm and a girth of 15 - 16 cm. From reading a few of the progress diaries surely my goals are realistic and attainable.
