I have been PEing on and off for a year now. Not vigilant though. I started out at 5.25in. and am now at 6.2in. My goal is 8". I am hoping to be at 7" by the end of this year. I have been doing the beginner routine lately with 5 min warmup 3 sets of 30 second stretches in all directions, 150 wet jelqs and 5 min warm down. I really dont know how many kegels I should start out with. I have been doing 5 second holds until I was too tired to do any more. Is it all right to do this routine 5 on and 2 off?

Does creatine have any adverse effects on the size of your dick?

Good gains, Sir! With "holds" You mean kegels? Do as many as You can, it gets easier as Your PC muscle gets stronger. I think that beginner routine can be done 5on 2off, but my recommendation is m-w-f or every other day for better healing. Creatine... no, it won't shrink Your dick. Im using creatine at the moment and dont see how it could shrink anything. Its a naturally occuring supplement you can get in meat and all it does is help the recovery process of muscles. The only way i could ever think that it could shrink your dick is if you're using monohydrate then the water retention could add an inch around your waist maybe, therefore making it look like your dicks shrunk but once you come off it, the water retention will go and you'll be fine.
