I am currently hanging with these measurements:

I don't care much about flaccid measurements :P

Current:
Erect length: 17 cm - 6.69 inch
Erect girth: 14 cm - 5.5 inch
a curve to the left side

Target:
Erect length: 23 cm - 9 inch
Erect girth: 16 cm - 6.2 inch
reduction of curve or strengthening the muscles on the side which the curve is leaning to

Here is My routine:

I started this week

I work on a 2 days on 1 day off system. On that day I do almost 5 work outs through the day:

I do all sorts of stretching ( A , V, power stretch) then I do as much as I can from Jelqs before losing partial erection.

The questions I have for everyone ( I really appreciate comments and critics):

1. I want to get bigger, but do I need to?? is what I have enough?

2. I exercise with a hard on, it does hurt a little but I just cant keep it flaccid for long after I start touching it even if I think about anything else :(. Please advise on that issue

3. I bought an ADS and looking to incorporate it with my routine very soon. should I lay off the stretching exercises then and put on more jelqs? and what are other girth exercises?? And has anyone actually tried extenders and worked for him before? or suffered from side effects??

4. I got hurt before last week or so while trying to stretch without a warm up and the curved side hurts a little and the ligaments at the base are sore, please advise.

5. What is the time scale I am looking at to see noticeable gains??

6. I massage with Vitamin E oil its very sticky(its like maple syrup) is that the correct oil?

7. I take L-arganin pills to speed up the healing process, is that good?

8. One last question, If I could not warm up before exercises because of where I am at the time of the work out session, is there a way to warm up without warm cloth or hot shower?

I guess that is alot of questions but I m sorry I had to know all before I embark this long journey of hunting gains.

Hi gains_hunter, welcome to CC. Firstly, please dont mention the brand name of your extender again as it is considered Spam.

1) Yes it is enough for your girl... but is it enough for you?
2) PEing while erect is more likely to result in injury.
3) I would reduce the stretching but keep the jelqs the same. Theres no need to start increasing reps or intensity so early.
4) Dont PE until all the pain (and brusing if there is any) subsides. If it reappears stop again.
5) How long is a piece of string? Some people gain very quickly others very slowly. It is only partially down to your routine and your commitment. Some of it is just pure genetics.
6) If you're trying to break up any plaque on the curve then yes, its the correct oil, and yes, its very sticky.
7) Yes.
8) Your workout is only as good as the workout that precedes it. If you dont warm up sufficiently, expect severely reduced gains and greater likelihood of injury. I suggest you plan your PE schedule to allow you to be in a place where you can warm up sufficiently. Most would say 5 workouts per day is ridiculous overkill.

9. I just heard about Kegels and Went to the bathroom and tried it, and WOW this works miracles for the girth:P. But here is another question should I do it while standing or sitting on the toilet seat??? and again I have an erection while I am doing those!?!?! why?? and how can I stop getting an erection while PEing

10. rice socks????!?!, is nt anyone worried about the microwaves emitted from rice or seeds in the sock to be harmful on our precious packages? or am I being paranoid??:icon_rolleyes:

You can do them sitting down or standing up, on the patio, in the car, or on the boat, wherever good times are had. Kegels are more for erection quality than actual size increases in length or girth, thats just a happy side effect.

I am worried about the microwaves, but then again I'm paranoid.

TBB Thanks for all the answers man very helpful, but still how can I overcome the fact that it goes erect quick, and last night I ejaculated while pe is that a killer for the exercise should I stop right after this?

11. Does kegels make you ejaculate if you stretch or stroked right after? I feel like all the kegels push all the liquids in the shaft and the slightest arousal ejaculate and its pretty annoying I DONOT WANT TO EJACULATE AT ALLLLL!! :( :@

12. How can I tell the difference between the shaft being red from injury or just from blood flow???

13.another really surprising fact is I notice that after kegels it hangs shorter and erect length is noticeably less than before why is so? And if I kept on Kegeling would I get shorter???

Yes, when you kegel you're exercising the same muscle that involuntarily flexes repeatedly when you ejaculate. Like Karate we learn kegels so that we need never use it in the bedroom (except for an extra hard long kegel occasionally to prevent ejaculation). By working on the kegels while youre not having sex you're (hopefully) developing control over the muscle so that you will be able to keep it completely relaxed during sex. This is not easy and some people never completely perfect it. I suggest you try doing your kegels at a different time to when youre doing the rest of your PE.

Obviously thats difficult to say, but usually an injury will be localised while the entire shaft turning a particular shade should be ok. Thats not a guarantee or a medical opinion though. You should have a good idea of what feels good and what feels bad and always err on the side of caution while doing anything.

Stretch your flaccid penis out in front of you then kegel. You will feel it pull back because its tugging on the ligaments (which is also why it raises the penis). Thats why it hangs shorter. With time though it will push more blood into the penis.

Hi everyone Please advise and If got interested in my stretching technique I sit on the toilet seat pull my feet on it then stretch him as I tried to show in the picture down here. sometimes I let go of the leg that is free ( the penis is not under) By this method I find the pull is more localised to the far side ligaments

In the next picture I am trying to suggest a technique I found useful to isolate the pc muscle from your butt muscles, lay down on your stomach and look at the bed back, pull you right knee to aim for your left side of the pc muscle and put one hand on your butt muscles to make sure they don't get clamped while you are kegeling.

Your stretching technique is good, I posted something similar a while, sitting on the toilet, but i had a small desk in front of the toiler, so i put my legs up on that instead. If you like stretching like that, then also try jelqing in that position also. Every time you do a jelq, jelq downwards and sideways towards your back leg just like in your picture, it feels real good. Let me know how you like it. Search for "Kangaroo Jelq"

Codzilla:. I read the kangaroo Jelq and other exercises I must say you have got really good ones out there would you mind sharing how much you gained in how long??

Guys I have a real problem I get an erection straight away after the start of my routine and It becomes really difficult to stretch or do anything does anyone has a solution for that I keep thinking of ugly things but it still keeps the erection. So I go on with the routine with an erection which is wrong but i do not know what to do really please advise

I am wondering whether I gained 1 cm in length or is it my measuring technique Before I used a ruler, now I am using a measuring tape. Before I barely touched the 17cm mark but on the tape now I am getting 18 cm. Is it measuring techniques or I actually gained???

Controlling your erection is one of the challenges of PE. There is no special trick to it; only patience and control over your mind will lead you to results. Take as much time as you need to master this before moving on. Since you're a beginner, you shouldn't PE on an erect penis.

It's impossible for us to tell if you were measuring differently. My guess would be that you rolled out the measuring tape all the way to the tip of your penis, in which case it would follow the irregular shape (your penis isn't a perfect cylinder) and you would probably get an extra cm. That's why it's important to establish one constant way of measuring, so that you can always tell if you've gained.

Hey gains hunter, I PE with the news on TV with the sound on, and porn on my laptop with the sound off. To maintain the perfect errection level while I jelq I concentrate on the news to stop it from getting too hard, then if i start to get too soft i look at the porn for a bit to get more errect. I find that using these two allows me to keep the perfect errection level.

Thank you everyone for your valuable contribution Its really appreciated, I am receiving the extender within days can't wait till I incorporate it with my PE any advice about the girth exercises should it be done after or before extender sessions?

I got the extender at last and guys do I feel stupid I can't use the damned thing I just do not know how?? I think I wore it for almost 10 mins then my meat slipped out, but here is the interesting part some how I can see alllll my viens puffing out like they make the surface of it really weird!!!! did I injure myself???

the main goal from the extender is to correct the curve and more over I think I discovered my unit is not just curved its twisted as well mildly but the device pointed out how much curve I have and the twist thing. ( I am circumcised by the way)

to sum up:P

1. Is there a cure for that twist?
2. Does anyone used the extender before had trouble with
a.Protection pad tooo tight to place on penis
b.The plastic base pressing against the base of the penis.
c. how on earth do you adjust the traction force its toooooo confusing I m really lost

Guys I have another question it might be silly but what are the steps of wearing the extender: here is how I do it

I put my meat inside of the base plastic thing with the recess then
I put on the protection pad then the top plastic piece then I secure it with the comfort strap. then finally put the metal bars inside the top plastic piece am I doing it right?? Please advise
