I could really use some help with this one guys. I recently too a week off from bodybuilding to relax and grow after 4 brutal weeks as recommend by the guide. As of Saturday I have had no desire to eat or drink. I can maybe get in two meals instead of the 6-7 i usually have. These are no small meals either im taking in approx 3000 calories a day on the day i lift heavy 4-6 rep range. All this time I have had a cold feeling in the stomach, thick swollen tongue, lack of interest in some things, and looser stools. I have my Prozac handy when I get depressed so i know its not that. I stopped taking the testosterone boosting stack to prevent over usage and excess aromatase. After doing a little research the only thing i found that made sense was chinese medicine. I will see if chewing ginger helps for now.

Appetite is a hard thing to control. As much as they are never as good as a real meal, meal replacement shakes are always going to be easier to get down when your appetite is not there. It shouldnt come as a huge shock to you that your appetite is down, it's directly related to your output, which is down as well.

Over the last couple of days I am glad to report that my appetite has shot back up. I believe the feeling of cold in the stomach and lack of hunger was because i went off of caffeine completely, when i used to take 400-500mg a day around workouts and with that sudden withdraw or stimulation my stomach couldnt handle large frequent meals. To put it simply I was throwing wet firewood into a cold stove that was used to kerosene.
