I know that they say if an obesse dude loses fat, his penis will seem alot bigger. Is that true for regular guys? I'm not fat, maybe 13-15% bodyfat. If I get shredded down to 7-8%, is my penis going to look bigger?

Probably not by much though as like you said, you're not fat so theres not much fat there to lose.

It's the fat pad on Your pubic bone that hides some of the shaft. So, losing fat doesn't make Your wang bigger, it only reveals more of it from under the fat layer. If Your fat-% is around 13-15% as You say, the change won't be too big... but it never hurts to loose some fat anyway.

I'm sure hoping so, I am about 60 lbs. overweight and am looking forward to a much higher NBP number.

I recommend some cardio workouts too, to keep that heart rate up for a few hours every week. I don't know if Your overweight is a problem for You mentally, but if it is, then seriously start burning that fat away! Picture Yourself one year from now, with the excess weight gone and a bigger wang to chase girls with... should be more than enough motivation for You. :wink:

Dont forget to stretch as well, when doing cardio specifically, low impact cardio(jogging). Also a good idea is to find a buddy to do the cardio with. Its alot easier to keep yourself motivated when you have someone there with you to help push urself. Another thing with the cardio dont be afraid to push yourself. Your body begins to adapt to the extra stress on your lungs over time. But at the same time dont overdo it. Being tired is a mental thing,(this si where the buddy comes in). Anyways good luck

A good indicator of running slow enough: being able to talk with Your buddy. Long and slow runs are much better in melting the fat than fast runs. When You run too fast (heart rate too high), Your body isn't able to use the fat for energy, and all it uses are the carbs in Your system. With a slow pace the body will learn to use fat as energy much more effectively.

Also if you have big legs, that can make the penis look very small. I don't know i'm just eating a plum.

Yeah it can abit, but losing fat on your stomach can make your penis look bigger :)

To lose weight you must do cardio for atleast 40 minutes a day. Have a good diet and you are set.

it all depends where you retain fat. Some people retain it in the stomach, some in the legs, some in the ass and some in the midsection. The best way to maybe estimate how much fat is hiding your dick is to do a NBP measurement and a BP measurement. After you do that take the difference and take into account that most people hide about 1/2-3/4 of an inch of their dick with fat. So if you have fat excess to 3/4 you may be able to get rid of it. Hope that helps but you will never know until you lose the weight cuz everyone is different.
Also I believe that on average if you lose 20 pounds you can lose 1/4 of an inch of fat in that area. Again it depends so just start exercising and find out :P
