After i got done using my ir lamp today i went to shut it off. Well i felt a little 'burning sensation' and i thought i just touched somewhere on the bulb but i was kinda freaked out. I go to shut it off again and i get the biggest electric shock of my life! I fucking freaked out. After i got myself together i saw that the cover for the IR lamp fell down. FUCKER!!!!!!! Yeah thought i would share my story. Glad i didnt try to shut it off with my dick. :puke:

Okay that was totally shocking. But seriously bro is that thing safe. What cover you talking about? Mine is on a mini stand and the electrics are housed in a standard plastic cover which is pretty secure and safe. Is 250w not too much for your electrical power system? Mines 150w.

If I'm not wrong I remember you telling something about warming up/down with an infrared lamp. I would just stick to mother's nature H2O (hot water). It's safer more natural and comfortable. Just don't boil your sausage. :wink:
