That's a dry heat so make sure you don't dry out the skin. Use moisturizer if you experience any chaffing.

I'm new but I am just suggesting maybe you could try a warm wet rag and use the blow dryer to keep it really warm?

I would say don't use a hair drier... it ain't the same thing as a blow job! You could burn the delicate skin on your dick and nuts. Plus all that noise will ruin the zen-state of super jelqing technique.

I like the idea of a hot wet rag and keeping the blow dryer on the rag to keep it hot, though the shower is the best way to go for warm ups.

The hair drier doesn't work as well as hot water, which transfer the heat more efficiently into the tissue. This is a fact, and here's an example: You can survive for hours naked if the air temperature is zero degrees centigrade, but if You stand in water that is the same temperature, You will die of hypotermia pretty quick. Simple physics, heat transfer and stuff... Hot air only warms up the skin (and dries it), but if You want to heat the tissue (as You should), use water.

This was already suggested(and attempted)in the old CC forums..I can't recall who it was, maybe he'll speak up.
I it worked out alright for him but it sounds to risky to me.

Hot wrap or sticking it in a cup of warm water(kind of awkward)works best

No, you shouldn't coz you need water to absorb the heat and blow drying will coz irritation to some, but you can blow dry your pubs after your warm down :wink:
