Hi all. I did a few months of PE over a year ago with some modest gains, but a few lifestyle changes brought an end to it. However, I've decided to get back into the routine and this time to stick at it!! So this is the start of my new progress diary which will track the gains I make over the coming months.

I've started on a beginners routine from one of the (best?) pay sites. It's fairly standard though.

6mins warmup wrap (with kegels)

Couple of mins stretches

150 wet jelqs

6mins warm down wrap (with kegels)

This is just the routine for the first week and is to be done 5 on then 2 off. Before I always did mwf but I thought I'd do the routine to the word and see how it goes.

It says to move up to 300 wets next week but that does seem like a lot to me for only the second week, but again I'll see how it all goes and be on the lookout for any signs of overtraining.

My starting stats are 7 1/8 x 5.

I've nearly finished the first week of this routine now (one day left) and so far so good.

I'll update soon with how it's going.

Nice starting stats. That routine does sound a bit heavy for a beginner... what does the third week recommend? Anyway, welcome to CC, and good luck for the gains, Sir! Keep us posted on Your progress.

Weeks 3-6 are 300-500 jelqs, so I guess gradually increasing over the three weeks.

I think I might well work up to it a bit more slowly though. No need to rush. Maybe add 50 a week and I'll get up to 500 by 8 weeks.

That's a good plan, adding 50 a week sounds alot better. 300-500 jelqs on week three is way too much in my opinion, especially when done 5 on 2 off.

All going pretty well so far at the end of my second week. I had a go doing 300 wets on the first day of this week, but as expected it felt like a little too much. No serious problems, but I just didn't feel fully recovered by the next day. I took a day off and dropped it down to 200 for the following 3 days. I will now up it to 250 after a couple of days rest.

The most important thing is that I'm enjoying it and am looking forward to each session rather than seeing it as a chore.

I will not measure for another couple of weeks, but my girlfriend commented a couple of days ago about how hard my cock was!!! I'll put that down to all of the kegels that I've been doing.

JR over and out.

Sounds good, JR! Surely You feel the extra hardness Yourself too? At least I did... in fact, now when I haven't PE'd for over an year, my erections arent as hard as they used to be when I PE'd. Don't get me wrong, they're hard enough, but that "extra rock hardness" seems to be there only when one PE's regularly. Good luck for the gains!
