I've been doing a M W F split with PE, and I also hit the track up on these same days but much later in the evening, PE in the AM(7ish) run in the PM(8ish). Now I dont expect anyone here to be a doctor or anytign but I know PE with regular excercise helps, but because i'm adding stress to the body as a whole on the same day as PE do you think it would have some negative effects? I personally dont think it would cuz its extremely good for blood flow. I'd just like to hear some input though to reassure myself.

As long as You're eating enough to give Your body all the nutrition it needs, it shouldn't be a problem. Personally I run marathons and visit the gym regularly, and when I PE'd I gained very well despite my sporty habits.

alright, thats good news, but I am actually eating to tone up, lower caloric intake, but i'm also supplementing with whey and glutamine, so that my muscles dont break down that as much. once I've obtained the weight I desire i'm going to clean bulk for muscle mass, still peing though. I was thinking about using that IR idea as well to help sore muscle tissue while stretching, but thats going off on another tangent.

You can lose fat without being too hungry, just eat loads of veggies and fruits and You won't lack any important nutrition stuff. It's actually quite important to eat often enough or Your body shuts down and the fat stops burning. Eat something light every two hours and the fat layer will be history in no time!

oh, bobo i'm well aware of proper diet while excercising... its just the PE aspect that I thought might change alot, but from the response didnt seem like it did. I do usually eat smaller portions more often to speed up metabolism.

As long as You get all the nutrition You need + You drink enough, I don't think it will mess up gains.
