So today is my first day trying it. I can't do the stretching because the second I touch my penis it gets erect. What should I do?

you could masturbate to ejaculation 2 hours before any serious PE session i found that always helped soften the problem a little. More importantly to your question... It depends on what your goals are, whether you are looking to gain in more length or girth. Try warming up and performing a 20 stretch, not too hard, in all directions fwd, down, up left, right, then crank clockwise and counter clockwise slowly. I always found that i could get more out of each jelq if i stretched afterwards. So here is your sample workout.
*The Warm up*
10 min warm up
5 way stretch
20 cranks
*The Workout*
(3 days a week starting out)
150-200 3 sec wet jelqs
2 min rest and helishake
3 20 sec stretch each direction
(day 1 grip from head)
(day 2 grip from middle)
(day 3 grip from base)
10 min warm down
Pose in mirror if desired and pat self on back.

try holding the head for a few seconds. As you get more advanced in PE the erections will subside.

thanks for the replies. Do you guys recommend stretching on days that I don't do jelqs? I try to do kegels everyday when brushing my teeth. Also, how important is it to warm down? I live with 3 other people so it would seem weird hopping in the shower twice an hour lol.
edit: im uncircumsized, so when doing wet jelqs, must the head be exposed?

OK, first question. NO it is not necessary to stretch on your days off simply because your body may need more time to recover than you realize. If you pe five days a week then take those 2 days off to heal up. You'll know how taxing pe is on your body when you pe early in the day and feel a dull blunt pain later on at night, take it slow at first.
Warming down is equally important as is stretching after a vigorous workout in the gym. In pe routines it helps to prevent red spots and bruising and also recirculates fresh blood in the smooth penile tissue. Trust me you will eventually regret not performing a warm down after skipping a few.
I feel your pain buddy I live with both of my parents in a small apartment and am getting ready to live with my wife and all her parents and brothers and sisters. I had to perfect some techniques I developed when in the Navy for pe'ing in private which in itself is a whole new topic. You dont have to take a shower for both warm up and warm down. I recommend something like a hot rice sock, heating pad, or wet wash cloth steamed in the microwave for the warm up and a shower afterwards.
Doesn't matter if you are uncircumsized or not, when executing wet jelqs do a little kegel before the stroke and end your set when you can no longer maintain the same erect level or engorge the head, this my help prevent an under proportionate head . You can re-stimulate after and continue until the desired amount jelq is performed or until you can no longer do 10 or so without losing your erection level.

so i tried the "off switch" by squeezing the head and it just makes the erection harder. If I masturbate 2 hours pre PE, I wont be able to get an erection for the jelqs. fml

Alright, everybody is different but im glad to see you tired. The only other option i can think of is to turn away from any stimulating visuals or thoughts and let your erection subside a little while taking a few deep breaths. Hell stick it up in the waistband of your underwear if you have too.
