Hey, I'm new. I've read around a little bit, browsed the forums n stuff. Right now, I'm at EL:5", EG: 3.5", so I need this.
I've been doing PE for about a week, doin a 5 minute warm up, streches, and dry jelqs 25x base to mid / mid to head.
I've got enough time to dedicate to this on a regular basis, so, if there's anything else I can be doing right now to help please shout it out. 'Critique my plan', you guys know how it is :)

Also, I've been trying to do kegels, but I'm having a hard time trying to target that muscle. I can feel it, it just doesn't seem to be growing and I'm tryin all the time.
Are you supposed to feel it in your abs too?

it's normal for the abs to contract as you exert yourself trying to target the PC muscle. Another way to target it is:
- get a boner and then try to lift it up
- tighten your anus muscle (sphincter)
- piss and stop your piss midflow
- cup ur balls and feel them move as you contract the PC muscle

It's Okay but I think you should do wet jelqs too. up to 150 wet jelqs will do at this stage. Don't forget to warm down.
kegels, wern gave you some very good tips as to target your PC muscle. I don't think you should feel the contraction in you ab, rather in your pubic area.

gracias muchachos. 150 wet jelqs it is, and thanks for the advice on the kegels. It helped a lot.
