I do PE'ing, 200 3-5 second jelqs and 20second holds every 25-30 jelqs, do the warm ups and stretches before and after, and do this routine 3 days on, one day off.
Every time i get lots of faint red spots on the glans... it doesn't hurt, but I experience mild soreness for the next few hours.
I have done searches and some say stop and dont jelq for 48 hours, some say its nothing just keep going.
Im assuming they are burst capillaries? Thing is.. I dont really over train so maybe im just sensitive to them.
Any advice is appreciated.
I am taking a few days off though to heal up and start with a better routine, one that does not create these spots..
