greetings Oh Warriors of CC .. i your brotherein have begun my quest of PE.
As far as the first day i did the routine posted by Brother WERN ... a highly skilled warrior.
I did the warm up. and the usual stretching for 15 secs in each direction.
As per the routine i hafta do 50 fast wet jelqs and 50 slow jelqs ...
I started with about 60-70 % erection and as i worked my way ... my penis started to pump up .. as in BIG time .. did not reach the 100% though probably 90ish something ... but as i jelqed ... it did not hurt at all .. as it would do if i were a 100 % erect ... and i could visualize the blood reaching the head from the shaft ...it was huge in girth as well ....
i did only a 100 and as i stopped it cooled down. and i did the warm down.
is that the way to do JELQ .. i know how you all emphasized on keeping the erection to a minimal. But I had a great workout today and excited about the next session . THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME .I DID PE BEFORE BUT SPARINGLY .... now i have this STRETCHY and BALLOONY feeling on my shaft. I hope its a good thing. I feel no pains or bruises ..just my penis pumping up as i jelqed with no external pain what so ever .. and i keep talking like crazy ...do help please :)
I am suspecting the pump up due to the fact i did almost like 50 kegels during warm up ... and 50 at warm down and as of my .. my pee pee is still pumped
