been at pe solid for a month so far! dunno bout girth but i gained almost .25 inches! Flacid length and density is also better... im sold.

so, im my month of experience, i have developed a few questions for the experienced members..

1. why do you need a warm wrap post session? isnt the point to just stretch as though ending a muscular workout? i just dont see it nearly as necessary as a warm up before the jelq session..

2. if im trying to straighten a curved down penis, should i stay away from the A stretch? or do lots of them to break down tissue on the top of the shaft as to have it rebuilt stronger and even out the top and botton?

3. are going lateral(sideways) A or V stretches any good? what about twisting the entire flacid penis while pulling on it?

4. i want girth, throughout my jelq session ill probably get in 30 to 50 100% erect jelqs in. i read they are bad.. but if its that few and for the purposes of mixing things up to get girth, is it ok?

5. i have been doing warm wrap, stretches, 200 jelq, stretch, warm wrap again routine for a month. instead of simply doing more jelqs, can i throw in more advanced girth building exercises? maybe increase intensity? i have been doing 10 seconds more on all my stretches, and pulling harder. also jelqs are longer (2 to 3 seconds) not 1 to 2, as well as tighter. i follow the simple beginner stretch routine on this site.. should i stick to it for two more months? or start adding more things into the stretch routine as well as the jelq routine. my buddy here said i should do holds for girth? input would be awesome, thanks guys, and sorry for the huge post lol

Welcome to CC geraldoma,

1. Stretching is really considered a part of the workout. To be honest I dont feel that a warm down wrap is necessary, but others may disagree.

2. Take a look at the following thread for tips on correcting your curve. http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=8133

3. I probably wouldnt do it. A and V stretches are targeted mostly at the suspensory ligament, so while they do act somewhat on the tunica, the value of doing them sideways is small.

4. The higher the erection percentage the more likely it is that you could injure yourself. Start off slowly and work your way up.

5. Did you gain this month? If so, keep going until the gains dry up. Good luck.

i like a warm down, for me it seems to make the pump stay longer. if you ever get any red spots after a session a warm down with a heat pad seems to make them disappear.

When flesh is hot/warm the blood vessels in it will dilate (get bigger) in order to radiate more heat away (google: homeostasis) so a thorough warm down will encourage blood flow, more blood - more nutrients and proteins available to the area - so perhaps improved healing/growth of the area.

Thats my justification for a warm down, im no expert though so in reality it could very well be bunkum.
