View Full Version : Not achieving full erection?

I have been PEing on and off for a while now. Recently, I was PEing for maybe a month, using the Trinity BluePrint, and results were ok, however, I got lazy and stopped. I did however, notice a gain in size, which was not apparent at the time, and I think, actually really took off a while after I stopped PEing. Although, one phenomenon I found is that when I take Viagra (just recreational use, don't medically need it), my penis is much larger than it has ever been, probably 7 - 7.5 inches erect, and it is very rare that I get it that size when not using Viagra. I don't know if this means I have bad circulation or something, and on using Viagra, it gets out its full potential. Also, my fitness level is not what it used to be, not morbidly obese, but got a bit of a belly.

If your body is fit, your penis is fit. Start doing lots of running, lifting, bodyweight exercising, and getting sun on a regular basis. Make a habit out of it. You will look and feel better, and your circulation will improve!

Also, get to know your kegel muscle. It's the muscle you use when you hold back your pee. When you're masturbating, try to flex it - it will force more blood into your penis, making it harder/bigger. Look up "wern's kegel routine" for a guide on how to train it.

Ye'h i occasionally take them myself when i really want to impress ,and my penis is alot thicker and bigger, and i believe that you can get to this stage without taking pills over a certain time pe'ing, but it does put a slight downer on you when you get bigger like that and have to eventually come back to reality,so i recommend you dont take them, otherwise you can find yourself getting addictive to them

Just thought I'd bump this, as had a look at this article written by remek
http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=6185
My conclusion is that I need to focus on my smooth muscle more. I do have a good lifestyle and exercise fairly regularly as well. Also, when I was making gains, I did barely any exercise and did not eat that healthily! So I am thinking the exercises need to be changed. However, would doing Wet Jelqs, V Jelqs, stretches and other exercises suited for the tunica actually hinder my growth, or should I just incorporate these into a new routine? Also, any recommendations for the new exercises I should start using? Remek says to use girth-type exercises like holds, ullis and clamping.

I don't see how any of our exercises would ever hinder the growth of your penis at all, as well as the strength of erections. If anything it will add to them.

I'm with Achilles on this one. Your question doesn't really make sense to me.

Why do you think doing jelqs and stretches would hinder growth? They are all about encouraging growth...

Is that what you really meant to say?

I was just thinking of remeks article, and it kinda gave me the impression that these exercises would not have any effect on me, and I need to use the girth exercises to get any kind of growth. But perhaps I've kinda misunderstood it.

Jelqs are a girth exercise too

Kruger: Are you saying you just want to gain girth and not length? If that's true then lay off the stretches but I would still do wet jelqs, along with some other purely girh exercises, but take it easy with those as they're quite intense.

Why not throw in Drys. They focus on the girth mainly. Wets are supposed to increase length a little as well as girth.

it always goes back to the warm up and warm down. if your erections are not where they were before you started.....and frankly they should be stronger with PE, then i think you know the answer. something is wrong!

don't know much about the 'trinity blueprint' but i do know that if you are having issues, take a break and start over and slower, with emphasis on warm up, warm downs. work back up.

because if u aren't getting a strong erection when you are having 'fun', then you are likely not getting a good pump when 'working'

i take anti anxiety meds, so i'm not judging, but i wouldn't take viagra if i could avoid it. your body can become dependent on anything. shit, i haven't had my starbucks today and i'm moody!

ever see the movie 'supersize me'? the dude's girl specifically says in the movie that she can tell his erection quality is not there in the month he ate like shit and didn't exercise. your lifestyle will play a part, but don't expect a full 1/2 inch from better lifestyle. viagra will likely give you some extra size, but it can come at a huge cost.
