Can I gain using the newbie routine? If so how much. Also I would like to ask if it is always necessary to expand the routine or do something harder and therefore being at risk for injury to get a bigger penis faster.

Yes You can, but how much... impossible to say. Some gain fast in the beginning and some don't. Too many variables. Forget the word "faster" when talking about gaining, You can't speed up the gains. Doing too much and too intensively will only lead to overtraining, meaning NO gains at all. It's very important to heal enough between routines, and if the routine is very intense (=risky), the needed healing time is also longer. Stick to the newbie routine and slowly add more intensity, and when You find a routine that works (=gives gains) don't change it as long as You're gaining. Remember: You can't speed up the gains.

I haven't PE'd for over an year now. My routine was pretty basic, only stretches, wet jelqs and holds. It was something like this:

5 minutes warm up in the shower + 2-3 minutes of stretching to every direction
5 minutes of wet jelqing (adjusted by kegels)
5 minutes of wet jelqing + a 30 sec hold after every 1 min of jelqing (total of 7 minutes)
5 min warmdown + some light stretching and helishakes.

Did that m-w-f... and I made every jelq count, did my homework.

Despite the fact that my routine was quite light, it isn't suitable for beginners because of the holds.

Bobo, howcome you are not doing PE at the moment and haven't done it for a long time?

How well did you gain using that routine. It sounds similar to what I am planning to do when my 2-3 week light workouts are done.

I've lost my motivation because of many reasons. I'm "almost" pleased with my size, so that's one reason... and the other one is, my life went through a bad storm last year and I've had other things in my mind. I may start again soon if I can put my mind to it. I gained over an inch of length + some girth in four months when I PE'd.

A beginner question: moved to beginners section.

Slow and steady wins the race, and lands you with a fat penis, w00t! In all seriousness Bobo is right. I have gained 3/8 of an inch in 4 months which isn't bad. My goal is 8 inches which is pretty big but I know I will get there. Right now I am shooting for 7 by the end of the year. I have even taken time off. I feel that is important to give your cock a little time off. I still stretched when on leave though. It is important also to treat your body right. I don't know if it is just a placebo effect but I feel when I eat healthier and work out my gains increase and my routines feel better. Maybe it is just my over all life feels better during those times. Also if you wanted to try to help out your PE you should take some l-argainine and l-ornithine. Suprised Bobo didn't bring it up but you can find information about those in the many threads already hanging around if you search for supplements.

 Well... I'd sound like a parrot if I'd always say the same things. Those aminos are highly recommended, but not mandatory of course. You can gain well without them too, but they do help and don't cost too much.
