Hi, ive been doing JAI stretch for a month now. I usually do stretching sessions daily. One session takes about 15 minutes and invloves upper half of the penis and the other one covers the lower part near the base. Altogether this makes it 30 minutes a day. Another thing is I have seen a post where somebody claims u cant stretch ur penis but only pull it the invisible part of it thats inside your body. This makes me wonder inf JAI stretches r going to have any effect then. Maybe i should add some other stretching technique to my daily routine?

I would cut down the stretches considerably and stick with some nice tasty jelqs!

Hey Bobo, do u think these JAI stretches r u going to work? I do them on 2 seconds hold - 2 seconds rest basis and im not really sure if thats been proven to be effective, any advice?

Personally I haven't done much JAI-stretching, so I can't say if they're effective or not. I'm more a believer in long (30-60 sec) light/moderate stretches. One thing in Your routine that is propably a bad thing is You're stretching too much! A good five+ minutes of stretching should be enough. Doing more than that strains the tissue too much, and the needed healing time is longer too. If You don't heal enough between sessions, You won't gain either. Have You gained with Your routine?

So far ive doing exercises that aimed for girth. I have gained 1.5 inches girth amd 0.5 inch lengthwise. How hard should i pull if i decide to perform 30-60 sec stretches cos i have difficulties measuring the strength of my pulls? And how long should i rest after each stretch? I dont do wet jelqs as im uncircumcised and the skin makes the exercising really akward and clumsy. I do clamps for girth and some head shaping. Id appreciate if u could give me some hint on how to make stretching effective.

Difficult to describe how hard to pull, but I'll try... Good girth gains btw! :cool With stretches, pull hard enough to feel the stretch, but no pain is allowed. I can't describe the strength of the pull in any other way than how it feels on the penis, because the strength of our arms varies alot. First pull it very light so that it reaches it's limit lengthwise, then start pulling it harder and harder... until it feels uncomfortable. That's too hard... so ease up abit, and that's how You should pull. Rest/massage for 10-20 seconds after each stretch. A good place to do them is hot shower, that way You can combine the warmup and stretching and save some time.
Wet jelqs are the most important exercise there is, so I'd recommend trying them out again. I'm uncircumcised too, but doing wets is no problem for me. Use good enough lube, because with slick enough lube the skin won't stretch. I used a water based sex lube, very slick... and when it dries up, add a few drops of water and it slides again. Easy to clean up too... If You're too ashamed to buy it from a store, order it from the www.

I will take up wet jelq again on Your recommendation, i hope 200 jelq will do the trick. There's just one more thing that troubles me. Should pull back the foresking when stretching? I've heard it makes a significant difference but haven't bothered to follow this piece of advice.

That depends on how loose Your skin is. You should feel the stretch only "under the skin" on the ligaments, not on the skin itself. If You're stretching the skin, the stretches are good for nothing. Personally, I do pull the skin back, and then grab it around the shaft with my whole fist just under the head... gives a better grip than using only the "ok-grip".

If you've gained 1.5 inches in girth and 0.5 inches in girth and you are still gaining then why change a thing?

I have gained 1.5 inches girth amd 0.5 inch lengthwise.
Tha's a hell of girth gain there. Are you sure it's not the other way round (1.5" length and 0.5" girth)? Anyway, if it's really 1.5" girth gain, you've done a hell of a good job.
As for your question about how hard you should pull for stretches, Bobo has covered everything. He knows the job. I would only add that whenever you feel a 'pop' in your suspensory ligament, that's when you should be cautious with the strenght of your pull. You won't like the feel of a 'pop' anyway, that I can tell you.
Good luck with your further gains.

Im sure its girth that i've gained the most. Its almost 1.5 girth, to be precise its 1.4 :) My length gains are poor so i want to do something about it. Im still not sure about my routine. I dont how often i should exercise. So far i've been doing exercises everyday. I know it sounds riduculous to you but as u see i've gained much girth despite Bobo's opinion on tissue healing period. I do weights everyday, but its different as i dont do the same muscles everyday so they've got the adequate time to heal properly. I want to change my routine and do PE every other day, im just not yet convinced. I've come across a wide variety of opinions on how often u shoud PE. Some claim u should take only one day off weekly, but Bobo's theory makes much more sense, its similar to body building theory.

It's very difficult to say how often one should PE, because the intensity of the workout may vary alot between people. One may think his routine is intense, while another thinks it's too light. We also do the exercises differently... one may stretch really hard while another uses half of the force. That's why a "universal routine" that would work for all isn't possible because the intensity may vary alot while the actual routine looks the same on paper. A light routine can be done every day, but then again there's a big risk of it not giving enough strain to the tissue, or the opposite: overtraining. That's why it is easier to ensure gains by taking enough time off, that gives more space for the different level of intensity between PE'ers. A fact is, one can gain only if he heals enough between sessions, otherwise he'll only be ripping the old wounds open. The same goes with bodybuilding: straining the same muscles every day won't give great gains, only soreness and injuries, but straining the muscles once or twice (max) weekly will give much better results.

I guess I'll just go with one day on one day off, but make my workouts semi-hard to ensure the proper strain of my muscles...

Try it out for a month, and if it doesn't work, try something else. If it works, keep it and don't change a thing. That's the way to learn what works for You: experiment and learn. A month is enough to see if it works or not, less than a month won't necessarily tell the truth yet and more than a month could be a waste of time.

Just one more thing needs to fall into place for me. Its the kegels...How often should i take a day off from them? Or shall i perform them everyday? For now Ive moved up to 70 5sec kegels and 10 long 10sec kegels daily. Any suggestion on how to proceed Bobo? :) Thanx in advance,

What Bobo is saying is perfect! The PE excercise is IMPORTANT but overtraining like 30mins a day everyday is too much and eventually the penis doesn't have time to heal and grow it gets damaged again, 5-10 mins of intense streching 1 day on and 1 off is enough. Also focus on your jelqs and kegels :)

So if too much stretching is bad, why does 'hanging' works?

It did work for me.
