Hi Guys!

I started PE last week!

My stats at the moment (as of 28/06/10):

EL: 6.5"
EG 4.5"

MY GOAL -

EL: 7.5"
EG: 5.5"

My planned routine is:

Mondays: 5 min warm-up, 10 sets of 10 wet jelqs (lasting 3-4 seconds each)
Tuesdays: 5 min warm-up 5 sets of 10-second stretches (straight out in front of me)
Wednesdays: OFF
Thursday: Same as Mondays
Fridays: Same as Tuesdays
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF

I aim to increase the number of Jelqs by a total of 20 each week and the stretches by 2 sets each week.

Between each set of exercises, I do around 20 seconds of helis to take the pressure off.

Do you think this routine will be effective? Approximately how long do you think it might take to reach my target with the current routine?

I know it might seem a bit conservative to start with, but I want to buildup slowly and avoid doing myself damage!

As I said, any advice is more than welcome. Many thanks...Hope this works!? :-o

ALRIGHT!!!

Update to my diary:

As of: 28/07/10

Please bear in mind that as I was such a noob here, my original measurements were bone pressed, but I wasn't aware of the term at the time :-)

My new measurements:

BPEL: 7"
EG: 4+5/8"

So that's .5 inch in length and 1/8 of an inch in girth in the first month! Don't know how that compares to other's progress, but I'm REALLY pleased!

Also am much fuller flaccid which was always a concern of mine, so I'm sold on the whole PE thing now! Here's to next month! :-)

thats extremely conservative. While im extremely aggresive on my approach to PE i believe you can do it if you take great care and you are knowledgeable of your body.

Good luck.

Thanks prjav!

I've found that, although it's really a short routine to start with, I feel like I've put in the quality in each rep, so I guess I'll give it 3-4 weeks and see if there's any improvement on such a low-volume routine?

I'm not in a real rush so I have to experiment :-)

Thanks so much for your thoughts!
