Hi guys – this is my first day here. I am 5'8" and 150#, physically active and in great shape. I depend on Cialis for good erections, and am surprised there is not a sub-forum dedicated specifically to men with 'erectile dysfunction.' I can't believe this is happening to me, and am hopeful of finding non-drug solutions here. Please report your successes and failures with various exercises and techniques that are discussed on this forum. Thanks! Any encouragement appreciated – please speak to those of us with fading memories of our former hard dicks. Many of the threads here talk about 70 percent erect, etc... I wish!

A member here named Wern wrote a Guide to Kegels (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=280) that has helped me with this same problem tremendously. Kegels are an exercise that work out your pelvic floor and can strengthen your ejaculation control and the strength of your erection. I've definitely seen GREAT results with it and I've only been at it for two months. It's definitely worth a read.

Yes, I did read that yesterday – glad to hear encouraging results. Do you expect a full recovery? I'm not that old but have nearly given up on a normal sex life.

Don't give up, just stick with these exercises a couple of months and let us know how it goes. I am actually a younger guy and I was having problems with ejaculation control, that's why I started kegels. However, the most dramatic improvements I've seen through them have been in the quality of erection and not in my stamina, so I figure they are more up your ally.
