View Full Version : Simply Put: Most Time Tested Program?

Gentlemen,

I've been a member here for a bit but I got off track and haven't been PE'ing consistently at all. I'm not a complete noob to PE, but I've never managed to stay at it for more than 4 months.

It's time to cut the crap. I REALLY want to be able to stick with it this time around. Its ironic because I come from a competitive weightlifting background and haven't missed a training session in 10 years. But I haven't been able to apply the same focus...

Anyway, my current measuements are (BPEL) 6.5x5. My goal is 8x6. I need the most time-tested, highest rated, most successful program that you guys can come up with. Please share personal experiences if you have them.
