Are the results permanent

Is the size increase permanent or does it shrink once you stop doing the exercises. Like in muscle building your muscles grow when you work out but if you stop they start to shrink. Does the same thing apply here?

I believe it will shrink back to some extent if you stop having engorged erections at least once a week. So don't stop wanking.

Not necessarily, because the penis isn't a muscle. If it would go that way, then our natural size would shrink too with time. You may loose a bit after You stop, but most of the gains seem permanent. I haven't PE'd for over an year now, and haven't had much sex/wanks either, but my gains have stayed. Are they still there after ten years? Impossible to know... but what I do know is I can get them back easily if I some day start loosing them.
