After much reading and guidance from the members of CC .. i am starting my PE in about a week ... taking some rest .. for the crucial day (i am a psyco :roll: )
So this is basically the routine i will follow .. i did PE before .. but just to get a hang of the excercises. but will start seriously .. watch out for my diary .. if i make any gains that it :roll:
Basically .. i will do it slow and steady. Take my time to heal and all.
Work out days will be the CLICHE one .. that is every other day.
WEEK 1 and 2
WARM UP.
15 secs X 2 stretching of the penis in different directions with slapping the penis after completion of each set.
Jelqing: probably 100 slow ones during the first week .. and reach the count of 150 by the end of week 2.
WARM DOWN.
Week 3-4
here is where i introduce Dry jelqs into my routine .. since my penis is slowly adapting to the tempo.
same routine as above with the exception that my jelqing counts will increase by 50 after every week ( wet jelqz are actually a piece of cake for me)
DRY JELQS : 25 base to shaft ,25 shaft to head. ( but problem is my penis has a lot of skin thanks to the damn foreskin restoration excercises i did so i can do a complete base to head dry jelq as well)
Hence forth .. as the weeks will pass by ... i will be increasing the wet jelqs as well as the dry jelqz .. for at least 6 months. hopefully.
i will not go to extreme but set the parameter for wet jelqz to 300-500.
and dry jelqz to a minimum of 100.
KEGELS will be there as well.. and will be increased but i prefer doing those reps where you tend to hold your Muscle for 10 secs.
One other thing i noticed is that when stretching .. if you do a reverse kegel .. you tend to feel like stretching a lot though.
I will start a diary soon. Hope fully i will make concious effort and motivation to my movements.
One thing i dont figure is that .. last night i was doing slow dry jelqz ... like with full mind consious efforts .. and i swear .. my penis was so pumped up today .. with almost a .25 increase in girth. and to think i was just playing around with the exercises.
Please critique my routine .. and i hope i dont end up with scar tissues like the other dudes exclaimed in this site :shock:
