I totally agree. During sex the most I've ever been able to have is 3-4, but that's because after the last one I'd be pretty numb (while still having 80-100% erection) so I'd be banging until she said stop. Women appreciate when guys can do that.

I honestly don't know if it is safe, nor do I know if PE is safe. There isn't enough medical data on either, as far as I know.

But I have been having multiple orgasms probably since a girlfriend in 2000 who I screwed 100s of times and to make things last i would try to figure out ways to not come to quick. I've been having multiple orgasms ever since and I don't seem to have developed any problems from it. But that's me. I don't know how safe it is in general.

I started by squeezing the muscle unintentionally or by reflex when I was about to come during sex. It left me with a softer erection, probably 80-90% but I could then last for ages. So it's better than nothing.
Then later on a friend told me that its good to "hold it in", but he would actually use his hands as a grip on the shaft to stop it, and that hurts. That probably could do damage. But a few years ago I learnt about kegels and started kegelling and read that you can stop the orgasm just by using this muscle, which sounded absolutely outrageous to me. But it turned out to be true. Took months of training the PC muscles and using those exercises in the guides, also known as edging. Whenever I have sex the chick is impressed, or at least she seems to be. maybe she is just faking it, or maybe she just likes me in general. Who knows. But it's good to know that you can fuck as long as you'd like.

Should you be able to carry on having sex while kegeling and still not cum. I mean, not stop moving. Cos when i stop myself cumming, i have to stop the friction for a little while, and then carry on. I think thats the hard part of multiple orgasm.

To have multiple orgasms when you stop the friction requires a VERY strong pc-muscle.
To have multiple orgasms without stopping friction requires A SUPER DUPER STRONG Pc-muscle.
It think is more endurance then strenght BTW.

I think that the most common thing to do is pause temporarily until the feeling subsides. I don't get much action, so I have not actually tried this technique during intercourse. However, during masturbation, I have been practicing holding back while continuing my stroke at full speed. This is more difficult to do because the continued sensation will result in partial (or full) ejaculation and a possible loss of erection.

During sex, I think it would be safer to pause to prevent ejaculation, but if you can master the dry orgasm while thrusting, go for it!

I think it is impossible (or very very near-impossible) to keep screwing while you are cuming without ejaculating.
I fuck to the (almost) point of no return, then pull out and hold. I'll have my mouth close to her ear, breathing heavily on it (because women love that), so it doesn't look awkward. Then you can either go down on her for a while or change positions slowly, and that'l eat up the recovery period. Then you are good to go again.

Yeah the multiple orgasm comes from edging: bringing yourself to the point of orgasm then doing a strong pc clamp which prevents ejaculation, but you still feel the cumming sensation, although its nowehere near as good as the sensation when ejaculating. The thing is though that you can still keep fucking so instead of an 10out of 10 feeling that lasts for 20 seconds, you get a 6-7 out of 10 feeling that lasts for hours.

you have to do a special kegel called a reverse kegel. You need to have a good kegel regiment and practice kegelling during sex because it will allow you to "feel" the penis better so you know when to kegel, how much to kegel etc

Reverse kegel pushes blood into the penis. Its that simple. So it can help when in the process of getting a boner. Also it creates the balloon effect (erection greater than 100%), and it creates numbness during the balloon which is good for pounding a chick. But you use it on and off, in sequences, kegel, then reverse kegel, then kegel, then reverse. - like manually pumping air into a bike tyre. Or you can do a couple of normal kegels then one reverse. What I have done before is, once you have a high level of erection, ie 95%+, do a very strong reverse kegel to the point you feel like you are about to squeeze out some piss, it even feels like its going up the shaft, then at the last second you do a HARD normal kegel.
