Firefox crashed last week. I deleted it and tried to download it again. Well it downloaded alright and went through installation but it still dosen't want to open. Please help because IE is a pain in the ass and keeps opening pop ups all over the damn place. I suspect IE is the cause of all the spam I'm getting. I've been on the Mozilla website but they seem only to have selfhelp tools there and I can't find an email address to get write them for help. Any suggestions from the boffins? thanks

That's why I use Linux :) .
What's the error you get? Try uninstalling Firefox and removing the registry files, then scan your disk for errors and install Firefox again.
