Hope you all are in the best of health. I have not yet started doing my routine just been researching whats best and whats not.
Long story short .. i tend to do anything and everything with a goal. Bodybuilding is something which is goal based ... and so is PE .. but unlike body building ... I have no clue as to how much a person gains from monthly PE ing .

Would any one be kind enough to shed some light upon it. I have read that a mere 24 hours is enough for the Penis to recover provided that you did not over work it the previous session.

I am very goal oriented ... and my body tends to accept and develop very quickly .. in a matter of 6 months .. i got a 6 inch increase in my chest size.
as in to say i am of the mesomorph body type.

Thank you for at least bothering to read this :) .. replies are welcome and do tell me how much you gained in what period of time .. many sites have methods which are intense ... TIME consuming but i can see the fruits of their labour with doing upto 1500 jelqs a day .. and reaching sizes of 10 inches MAX with a 5-6 inch girth :shock:

THough i am not that Psyco to have a clud inside my pants .. just a decent 8 inch in length and atleast 6 inch in girth ..

Short term goal is to atleast get 6 inch length and 5 inch girth. and i have atleast 4 years to spare before i will have to do business wiith my gurl :p ...

Do help my y'all :) ... any advise is gravely appreciated :) !!

BTW .. i am not that huge though .. below average .. 5.5 inch in lenght when the rule is pressed against the pubic bone ... and only 4 inches in girth :cry:

4 years to spare .. but i have the will to make a difference .. and for the record :D ... PE is just for my own confidence :)

First off ur not below average you are average. Its all good :)

Heres what i would do if u want to setup goals. Right now set a goal to reach 6 inches in around 3-4 months. This can be achieved if u are really dedicated and never miss a single workout. Set the long term goal for ur 8x6. If you dont reach your goal within a certain amount of time you set for yourself it could be either 1) Your penis has adapted and you need to add a little more or 2) You have hit a plateau and you need to take a break. I like to set goals in increments of .5 like this because i can see what routines are working and what arent. Generally if i dont reach them within 5-6 months i change them slightly and start fresh.

Remember this: You can't speed up the gains with more intensity, so just keep on doing what works for You and the gains will come. Difficult to set goals in PE because some gain slowly and some fast... personally I gained over an inch of length + some girth in four months, meaning I'm one of the lucky ones. Set Your ultimate goal (8x6?) and PE until You have it... it may take six months, an year... impossible to say, but one thing is for sure: keep on trying and sooner or later You will reach Your goals.
