Hey everyone.
I have come to realise that what really makes a cock 'big' is it's girth, not so much its length. I had been mainly looking for length in the past, but since I could already not fit my entire length into my ex-girlfriend, girth seems to be a much more sensible area to work on. Hopefully, some of you more experienced guys (1BigDong?) can help me find a suitible routine for me.
I am creating a new thread because I want to cut myself off from the unproductive habits that were evident in my first diary. I'm in a point in my life where I'm taking a lot of things into my own hands, and just plain doing things RIGHT. This time around, I definitely want to take the warm-up VERY seriously. No more lukewarm towel warm-ups. I also got my hands on a Ball Zinger, and will be wearing it after work-outs.
So, here it goes:
1. EXTENSIVE warm-up, either using a very hot towel, a rice sock, a glass of hot water, or just slipping under the covers of my bed and turning on the heater for a while (that works very well, I've found). Must warm up so long that I get the 'pliable' feeling and the skin is a little reddish.
2. Doing dry jelqs, light erect bends, and light holds. Must NOT overdo it - an injury will only set me back and discourage my routine.
3. Wear the Ball Zinger for as long as I can.
EDIT: I'm ditching the Ball Zinger... because I don't trust it. I'm concerned that it caused the swelling of both vas deferens that I've been noticing the past couple of months. So, as the third element to my workout, I will replace the Ball Zinger with some cream that contains Vitamin E, Ginkgo, and Ginseng. Hope to find that while I'm still in America.
3. Apply circulation-enhancing cream.

Did a work-out while I was going to bed last night. The warmth of the hot air trapped under the sheets really does wonders for getting the penis warm and pliable. I also did a bit of masturbating, just to expand the chambers, before actually doing the jelqs. I actually STILL didn't get as warmed up as I would have wanted to, but it was getting very late and I wanted to get on with it.
Unfortunately, I think I over-worked my penis. I was doing mainly dry jels the whole time, and it wasn't always comfortable. As in, I was exerting to much pressure for the amount of pliability I had. Not every part of my penis was soft and warm down to the very core, and when you apply pressure to that kind of area, you get red spots and soreness the next day. I think if you're doing it right, PE should feel GOOD. And you won't get anywhere if your dick isn't 100% warm, red, soft and pliable down to the core.
I kinda feel that I should be applying some cream that increases blodflow, or something like vitamin E. The Ball Zinger is supposed to do the same thing, but I don't know if I can rely on that. Maybe I can get my hands on some Gingko, Ginseng and Red Clover cream, like w3.

Okay, now it's official. I am not going to do another PE session until I get my hands on some cream that contains Ginseng, Red Clover, and Gingko. :cheeky:
My theory is that for gains, it doesn't matter so much what you do during your routine. It matters what happens *before* and *after* your routine! So you MUST have an extensive warm-up, and you MUST put lotion on afterwards that maintains the hang. And I don't believe you need to work out as often as people think. Probably once a week does the trick already. I did one really great work-out a couple of weeks ago and I'm still feeling the effects of it.
So... how am I going to acquire this cream? The only thing that comes close on the internet is that ID Pleasure lube. But it only contains Red Clover and Gingko, no Ginseng. Maybe I will buy the lube, and then add Ginseng from something else..?

make sure its the korean or american version of ginseng (not sure of the botanical names but you can look them up) a lot of places on the web state that siberian ginseng does not contain the chemicals (called ginsengosides funnily enough) that make ginseng advantageous:confused:

Thanks for the advice. Hopefully, I can find some form of this cream while I'm in America. w3 said that Red Clover was in his cream, but after the lady at the drug store told me that it is only used by women in menopause and that it is actually phytoestrogen; I'm wondering if I should use it.
However, maybe applying estrogen will make my balls bigger.

I found some Ginseng cream and Ginkgo cream on the internet, and I will be ordering it soon. But I couldn't resist doing an old-school 3 AM workout in bed last night! :cheeky:
The reason I do it in bed is because I can trap a lot of heat underneath my covers, which not only warms up my dick, but also warms up the rest of my body. I think that's very important, because if you are sitting in a cold bathroom, and only try to warm up your dick, it's going to get diluted by the colder blood coming from the other parts of your body. So once you stop applying heat and start doing your routine, the temperature in your penis will go down rapidly, making your workout less effective.
I've been thinking a lot about PE in the past few weeks... about the 5 hour rule, about how w3 got his results, etc. I think there are three core elements to PE:
1. The Warm-up
2. The Routine
3. The Hang
I still think a thorough warm up is the most important part of the routine. The Warm-up eliminates the "stiffness" of the penis and expands the tissue which prevents injury- it needs to be look "red-hot" and unusually large for its softness. The Routine applies pressure on to specific places of the penis, which tears apart the molecules. The Hang means somehow keeping the penis from turtling, either by staying aroused, wearing an extender, wearing a ball zinger, or applying blood-circulating cream. This lets the penis heal in an enlarged state.
So if you leave out the Warm-up, you are working on a "cold" penis, which inevitably leads to injury. And if you leave out the Hang, all your work will lead to nothing, because all the rips and tears will heal in a shrunken state. That's why if you don't ejaculate after your routine, you stay horny, and will therefore have more erections, which will keep your penis expanded and lead to more results. That's why I certainly try to follow the 5 hour rule. Since I only ejaculate about once a week, I can't afford to lose all of my work by jerking off after a session. I know once a week is probably indicative of a low sex drive; so some of you who have a very high sex drive and can regenerate quicker may not have to follow the 5 hour rule.

My Ginseng lotion arrived the day before yesterday. Apparently made with "pure korean Ginseng".
I did my first routine with it late last night, again underneath the bed sheets. Put on some lotion after I was done warming up, then did some girth exercises.
Dick felt pretty worked out; still got a few erections afterwards, which is a good sign.
Unfortunately not getting the "tingly" feeling that you guys described. Probably because it doesn't have the Ginkgo and Red Clover. However, the Ginseng apparently speeds up the healing process and works against hormonal imbalances.
Maybe I should also purchase the ID Pleasure lube and use it at the same time...
EDIT: Oh, and I tried wearing the Ball Zinger this morning. After about 10 minutes, my left testicle started hurting a lot... fuck that shit! I casteth thee far away, oh Zinger of Balls.

Did another routine last night. I'm pretty much keeping up the "once a week" rhythm.
Applied loads of the Ginseng stuff as lube; and it actually made my dick feel tingly this time!
Getting a couple of erections and letting them subside is actually a good way to warm-up. The bedsheets thing just takes too long and is only possible when I'm about to sleep. I need to find a way to maximize the warm-up!
I did mainly wet jelqs for a change, and did a couple of mild holds as well, since everyone raves about the girth gains you get from them.
I feel like I know my dick pretty well now and I can gauge the level of warmed-up-ness / pressure I'm exerting on it. EXCEPT for this one area on the top middle of my shaft, which seems to be hardened under the skin and feels coarse in comparison to the rest of my shaft. It's extremely difficult to get that part to be completely warmed up, and it usually is tender and a little painful when I jelq over it. It's also the part where my dick bends, so maybe it's the onset of Peyronie's Disease. I hope to god it isn't. But maybe I can counter act it with PE somehow; I just need to figure out how to *completely* warm up that area before I apply any pressure to it.

Did a routine this morning. I actually went out and bought myself some medical heat pads after reading Drumchild's recommendation. :mrgreen
Unfortunately, they are disposable ones. So you just peel off a sheet of paper on one side, and it starts to get warm. I applied it to my dick for a couple of minutes, but it never got *really* warm, so I just threw it away. Rubbed in lots of Ginseng lotion as lube, but it actually doesn't seem to help warm up my dick. I'm thinking I should only apply Ginseng *after* the routine, to help it heal.
Got to find an electric heat pad! I'm liking the idea more and more.
So yeah, I never got warmed up enough, so my dick started feeling sore very soon, and I had to quit the routine early. :neut:

So I got fed up of waiting to find an electric heat pad and did an OLD SCHOOL work-out in the bathroom yesterday. Just held a towel under hot water, wrung it out, applied it to my dick until the towel got too cold, and repeated that 5-10 times. Deliberately got an erection and let it subside to let the chambers expand. I find that most of the girth stays expanded when I do that.
Applied vaseline this time; it's probably a good thing to do with holds. Did about 20 jelqs... however, I had to let my erection subside about everytime I did one. There's that part in the middle of my shaft that feels very tender if I don't warm it up 100%, so I'm very careful with jelqs.
I'd love to start doing warholds, but I really need to guarantee that I'm completely warmed-up before I attempt them; so I'm going to wait until I have found an electric heat pad. :cheeky:

Did you try the sock with rice in it ? I'll try this tonight, I'll let you know but it works for many muscular problems, so why not trying this on the old shaft ?

Yeah, a lot of people have been recommending that approach. However, it's probably more suitable for guys who have their own place and don't have to explain why they're warming up a rice sock ...

Thought I'd drop a line and document what's going on in my routine...
Hell Month started out pretty good, but it was absolutely impossible to follow up because of relatives visiting and having to spend time with the family. My last work-out was kinda painful. So I've learned : if there's any PAIN, you haven't gottan enough REST between workouts. And leaving a day in between obviously isn't working for my body's ability to regenerate; may it be because of low testosterone or not.
So now that the holiday festivities are slowly wrapping up, I'm contemplating doing a less frequent routine, maybe like twice a week. PE on Monday, rest for two days, PE on Thursday, rest for three days, and masturbate some time during then. That sounds about right for my body!
And speaking of testosterone: I felt like I was coming down with a scratchy throt yesterday. Nothing bad, I could still eat and socialise perfectly fine. But this morning I felt so HORNY because I hadn't jerked off in about 6-7 days, that I had to do it. Unfortunately, I am sitting here now with a full blown fever, searing head and back aches, and and even worse scratchy throat. This alwas tends to happen! It's like I depleted my testosterone by jacking off, and now my body is too weak to fight this infection! I'll bet two years ago, when I was still jacking off every day, this wouldn't have been as severe.

Axlerod: I had my T levels measured some months ago... they turned out to be around 430. The connection with fighting off illness is just a feeling that I have.

However, be warned that they are uncomfortable to wear, and that I felt little to no positive effects from it. They are meant to increase the testosterone production by stimulating the leydig cells in your testicles. Try it if you want, maybe you'll have better results.

Hey guys,
I have made a decision. With the problems that I have, I shouldn't be tampering with PE.
Last night, I jerked off for the first time in 9 days. During that time, I had little to no spontaneous erections, but did 3 intense PE workouts. After almost 10 days, I began to feel a dull pressure in the seminal cords. I still didn't feel particularly aroused or had any sexual thoughts. When I finally did jerk off, my dick looked very different than it ever has. In its flaccid state, it looked somehow girthier (which I attribute to the 3 successful PE sessions I had). However, when I finally got erect (which took me a while), the skin looked very pale and blotchy, and I seemed to have lost girth; as if my dick wasn't used to getting erect any more. Very scary!
I thought about it later in bed, and I came up with the following theory why it looked this way: sexuality is like a muscle that needs to be used regularly (DAILY), or it will atrophy. Imagine you don't flex your leg one entire day, let alone 9 DAYS. It will have completely lost it's ability to flex and possibly it's circulation will be cut off. The same thing is happening to my penis. I don't have any sexual thoughts throughout the day anymore, which means I don't get any spontaneous erections. That means I go for days without my penis expanding and reaching it's full size, and it beings to atrophy and "forget" what it's meant to do. And then I suddenly go and do an intense girth workout in the shower?? It's crazy!! I should not be trying to enlarge my penis when it's not even capable of getting regular erections and ejaculating more than once a week!
I attribute all of this to my decline in testosterone levels. I am now certain that something needs to be done about this. Somehow, I need to get my T levels back up. Things I definitely need to do are: 1. Get a job. 2. Move out. 3. Get regular exercise. 4. Take some herbal supplements that will increase natural testosterone production (Tongkat Ali)
Until I get this sorted out, I shall not try to enlarge my penis. PE is for people with healthy, functioning sexuality who just want to take it to the next level. I need to first get THIS level sorted out before I try anything else.

Sorry to hear that dude but you've got to do what's right for you.
I read a study a while back (don't have the link anymore, sorry) that looked at the effects of intense weight training upon testosterone levels and showed that it lead to continued increases in them, even as people got older (into 40s and 50s).

I believe you are right about exercise boosting T levels- I am unfortunately not a very athletic person, but when I do finally get out and run, or merely carry heavy objects for a considerable amount of time, I feel great afterwards. My mood is lighter, and my body has more energy! And we all know how the ladies love it when we are in shape! :D

Hey fellas, just a little update.
Since my last post, I've visited a naturalist healer here in Germany. I told her about my problem, and how no "normal" doctor has been able to help me. She was very understanding, and took my symptoms very seriously indeed. This healer specializes in diets and "way of life" approaches, which I find very sensible. I think the idea is that your body takes in toxins from certain environmental factors around you, and it's a matter of flushing them out of your system. She said that my problems will be reversible, but that it might take a long time! :neut:
I still have not forgotten my PE goals and occasionally do a maintenance routine in the shower, just to keep the chambers expanded. But nothing more, until my T levels are back in gear and I start feeling normal again.
One day... I will return :cheeky:

Well what do you know, guys, I'm back on track!!
Just bought myself an IR Lamp about two weeks ago, and have been experimenting with it ever since. Wasn't as easy and effective as I had always hoped. It's like my penis takes forever to get warm enough. I also don't have a suitable table to set it on, so I'm having to hold the Lamp in one hand while I perform the jelqs with the other. Also finding the right angle is a little tricky, because I don't want to heat up my testicles too much.
I should probably always lay a towel over everything but my penis, and maybe get a chair from the other room to set the IR lamp on.
I've found recently that doing kegels during my PE routine really helps control my EQ level. Ironically, doing a set of kegels makes me lose my erection. But this is really handy because I tend to be too hard during PE... still searching for that ideal "pliable" state.

And if you're wondering why I've decided to continue PE despite my health issues: I have been avoiding ejaculation now for longer periods than ever, and I've found it has helped me. Last time was two weeks, and I ejaculated right on the night of full moon. I'm gonna try to extend that period to four weeks, and see if I can maintain that!
I know this sounds crazy, but I'm actually living like a monk. No jacking off. For as long as I can take it . Ever since, I feel as though I have some sort of sexual energy again, and I finally get morning erections again, and I feel that my body can heal enough for PE.
So.. until I can find an actual cure for my problems, this is the way I'm gonna live for a while. And the prospect of having a bigger cock by the end of it sure isn't bad! :cheeky:
