Anyone have any advice on what I should be feeling when I'm doing these stretches? When I try to grip directly under the head and pull, it hurts (the head, not the ligaments), so I don't do it like that. But when I grip lower, it pulls the hell out of the skin (cause I'm uncircumsized). Any suggestions?

Pull the skin back and try.

I can't really say since I'm of the cut variety. There are lots of "hooded" guys here who may have better advice.

Use Your whole fist for the grip, not only the "ok" -grip. If that doesn't help, use a wet (warm) towel for the grip.

Thanks guys! Anyone see anything wrong with going two handed? (One under the head and one in the middle)

If it works for You, then go for it. I hope You're talking about using two hands because of the better grip and not because of more intensity. Don't pull too hard... a light and long stretch is better than an short and intense one... and a long and intense stretch is a big NO in my opinion!

Yes I do it to get better grip, I can't really tell if I'm getting a good stretch because the SKIN has been what's hurting (or the head). Hence, the need for the post =)

First pull the skin back, the point is to stretch the ligaments, not the skin.

What, you mean having a sloppy amount of forskin is not "in" these days?

Using the whole hand works a lot better! If you guys had to "guestimate," about how many pounds of pressure are you using to pull? 5 lbs? 10 lbs?

(imagine doing a lateral raise with a dumbell...how heavy of a weight would you be able to lift laterally with the amount of force you are using to stretch)

When i stretch i actually grip further down. Trying to hold under my head causes my frenulum (the banjo string kind of thing at the back) to hurt alot. And i'm pretty sure you can stretch it just as well if you hold around the middle of your dick. When i do it that way, i can still feel the ligament stretching.
