Im just throwing out an idea of lets say 15 minutes of jelqing and 5 min of strecth and warm up. 1 day off
This is all being that i eat healthy and i exercise daily.
Mon, wed, fri, i lift weights and condition.
Tues,thurs,sat,sun i run at least a mile and do some minimal sprints and other various workouts.
Think it could work?

More warm up but i guess sounds ok mabie a lil less wet jelqs depending on your experience.

Propably won't work. That example isn't really proving anything because You aren't running every day or going to the gym every day. You need to heal between workouts if You want to gain.

MON,TUE, - , THU, FRI
5min warmup
10min streching
200jelqs
300kegels
5min warmdown
Is it ok to do this 4x/week or should I decrease the amount of workouts a little bit.

Try it out for a month and You'll know. Nobody can give You a sure answer because what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. We all jelq, heal, stretch, eat, sleep, live, whatever... a bit differently, so there isn't any magic routines somewhere that would work for all. Experiment, feel, try... until You find what works for You. A month is a good time to stick to a routine to know if it works or not, because if someone keeps on changing his routine every week he'll never learn what gave the possible gains.
Ten minutes of stretching sounds like too much, depending of course on how hard You pull.

Well it's been a month and no gains yet, but since it's my first month it's obvious that I don't have any gains yet.
I stretch 10x1min (at first I did 10x30s).I pull like 8/10 strenght.Sometimes even 7/10.

You might find this interesting: at one point when I was still PE'ing, my gains stopped and my erections weakened right after I started doing longer and more intense stretches. I took 2-3 weeks off and continued with much less stretching, and I started gaining fast. Don't think intensity and amount + duration would be the keys to success, because there's a limit in one session on how much the tissue can stretch, and anything over that point is overtraining. My advice is: do less stretches, five minutes max. If You want to do intense stretches like that 8/10 You mentioned, don't do them longer than 15-20 seconds max. If You want to stretch for a full minute to each direction, use less force, meaning around 5-6/10. You can try doing more than ten minutes if You think it's the right thing to do, but if You won't gain then try to remember what I just said.

So what do you suggest? Should I do 8/10x15s or 5/10x1min? What's better for my gains? How did you do it?

Mix them both. Start with the less intense ones (after a good warmup). I did my stretches during my warmup in the hot shower.
