Hey guys, glad to be a new member here :) I guess I'll tell you a little about myself and why I'm doing this before I get down to business....

I am here because, well I want a bigger dick haha. It's the one thing about my appearance that bugs me. I'm a good looking, 6'2 270 pound bodybuilder and work in nightclubs for a little extra cash while I'm going to college. Which brings me to why I am here...I feel a little ridiculous being this large and not having a big dick to go with it ya know? haha

I first heard about NPE probably 4 months ago and ended up doing it completely wrong. I wasn't doing any warm ups or stretches and was doing wet jelqs completely flaccid...obviously nothing was happening and I was frustrated. So, after a little looking around I came across this site and did a ton of reading and realized everything I was doing wrong. Now I feel that I'm on the path to the size I want and as with anything in life it helps to be held accountable for your goals, which is why as embarrassing as this is for me, I wanted to make a log.

I was jelquing every day but after reading a lot of the topics on here I realized I was probably doing too much so I am going to do 2 on 1 off and make sure to still do my stretches on off days.

Routine is:
5 minute warm wrap
5 minutes of 30 sec stretches
15 mins wet jelqs
5 minute warm wrap

I started this probably 3 weeks ago and was 6" and I am now 6.2" so hopefully the gains keep coming. It feels good to actually be able to take this matter into my own hands (hah!) and do something about it. It always irked me that I could change how the rest of my body looked but not my dick. But that has changed! My short term goal is 7" by May, and long term is 8" length.

Hope to get some feedback from you guys through this process, and thanks for all the great info here!

BTW, is it ok to do stretches more than once a day? I usually take 2 showers each day and it is pretty darn convenient to just do the stretches while I'm in there.

Yeh, why not. Won't hurt if you're stretching right. Just listen to your dick and back off if it starts to feel like too much.

Great, thanks. From what I've read it seems like inconsistent/not enough stretching can cause limited length gains so I just want to do whatever I can to speed up the process :)

On your days off how many mins do you stretch. I know you stretch for 5 mins on jelq days. how about on the off days?

Hi KaFish,

Just read your first post and made me smile as I'm in pretty much the same situation. 6'3", 100kg and lift fairly big numbers in the gym but then get in the showers and the smallest guys are swinging dicks that put mine to shame..Pissed!!

Anyways, good luck in reaching your goals. I'll keep an eye out for how you're doing!
