i am pretty new here and i really hope this method works. i started trying the method' but have trouble keeping up with doing them. i find it weird doing penis exercise in the middle of the day, but i know it's for a good cause. any one could tell me how could i convince myself on keep doing the exercises?

That guy synthetic's routine looks pretty intensive, AND it seems like he would go multiple days working out. This goes against what I've been reading concerning taking it easy to start/taking days between workouts.
Do you think the minority of people are the ones who can benefit from that workout, or do you think it is a workout worth trying?
Can't find what I did with my tailor's measuring tape, but I just finished week 2, so we'll see if I gained anything (only did it 6 times in 2 weeks, so not expecting life altering gains).

The majority of people gain with the 'take it slowly', 'less is more' mentality. That's why people do it, plus, with a cock unexperienced to PE, injuries will be likely if PE isnt done in this fashion. However, if after a few months of taking it slow you haven't gained then a routine like this is an option, as long as you rule out other places you may have faltered such as your technique when carrying out the exercises.
The people who have tried these 'intense' routines have reported good gains but i think they all started with a cautious approach to PE in the beggining and gradually increased the intesity as their dicks become more resilient.
